This is a scam company. Fake customer service email

Total scam company do not order of these orderd a bin have not received it it says delivered please don't order of them they won't answer emails

Ordered a car, got told it was a busy time but it would come, now emails are returning unread

Please don't buy off them I brought a car diagnostic system from tiktok and that was on the 14th December no updates till I sent a email no response then it changed to customs in the UK and 2 hours later customs in the USA and again 2 hours later back at customs uk yesterday I received a parcel a very small bag from them which didn't have my diagnostic in it but simply 2 small marbles they won't message me back complete scam company please don't waste your time or money on them I hope this helps some people to not lose there money like me I had to give a 1 star as it would let me write without one

Please do not order anything from this company, communication all the same wording please wait patiently you order is on the way, stuck at China airport for ages, next minute delivered, and you cannot get hold of them, they will tell you to get in touch with track 17, they have never received parcel, they advise you to contact your local delivery company, but nothing, also paid for express delivery of £15.00, TIKTOK GET CREATIVE WORKSHOP OF YOUR SITE..

Did not receive any package and no response.

Do not buy from these people ordering a bin and apparently they delivered it at 11.17pm 😂 no response from them at all plus what courier delivers parcels at that time of night. They can’t be very clever please please avoid

Avoid at all costs, they are scum of the worst kind. I ordered some garage shelving - to date, nothing, there ought to be a zero for experience rating.

This company, if you can call it that; goes by a few names and is a scam. You pay for product but never get. They charged me 2 times for the same product and I never got nothing! Beware a scam

Ordered rollater priced at $40To date have received nothing. They give you false information saying item delivered and signed for also Transaction # which is unknown, tell you to go to Post Office if not received and of course they know nothing.
These Scammers should be locked up.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this absolute sham of a company and they sent out the wrong size for both. When I emailed them to tell then, they told me to either resell them myself or regift them. The cheek of them!

As soon as I ordered the shoes and realized this was a Chinese company I requested a refund. Now I'm dealing with them to get money back. Don't have much hope but I hope by writing of my experience will save someone else the pain and agony. The shoes are not Clark's as advertised, they are not the wide width I ordered. This is such a scammer. Oh, yes, the refund they offered $6.00 on a pair of $30.00 shoes, which probably cost them $5.00 to make using child labor.
I'm not certain it will do any good but I intend to report them to the BBB in Oregon and California.
I did report them to PAYPal and they are giving me a partial refund and I must send them back to China. It may cost more than the refund but there is a certain amount of satisfaction in getting the refund.

Giving one star because i can't give a zero.
I wish i had done my research before buying the orthopedic shoes.
I sent photos of packaging as well as shoes.
As of today i got a message saying they shipped the size i ordered.
There is no way these shoes are going to fit@

This is the worst product. The shoes do not fit at all, they are too wide and too long so if I take one step, the shoes fall off. I have sent several emails to return for refund and they are not responding. I will never buy anything through FB again. Buyers beware, research anything advertised on FB before buying. It seems from other other reviews I learned that these products came from China and they will not refund and are difficult to return. If I see the ad on FB again I will comment on that page.

Been back and forth with this company by email. I was told they have no quality problems with their shoes. So being made incorrectly is not a quality problem. Interesting. They have quite a scam going - shoes made too small, made incorrectly and then you get your money back when you return to China when they were shipped from California. Explains why there is no return information with the package which most reputable companies would provide. And yes, ad says they are Clark’s - false info. My bad, I should have read other reviews before buying what I thought were going to be cute, casual shoes. And out of 5 pairs of shoes only the black ones were made correct. The others are missing a strap on the toe and misshaped. They will give you a partial refund if you keep the shoes (in my case unwearable) and basically not bother them. Wish I could include the photos I sent them.
