Awful Service and Questionable Results

I sent in a handful of samples for purity testing. This involves two tests on each sample. They asked me several questions about how to test the samples that they should've known or could've Googled for answers. They noted that the tests might not work if the samples are immiscible. They subsequently informed me the samples were immiscible, despite several sources online saying that MeOH works. So I paid for tests but did not get any results. The worst part was that they said they'd help me interpret the one test that they were able to perform, but I chased them for THREE MONTHS before they finally sent me a questionable interpretation of the results.
