Bought some arts lights. They Do what they're supposed to do. Looks okay too.

I ordered and paid for 2 luminous crystal balls on 7/22/24
1. There was to be a delivery on 7/30/24 but the location to deliver it was closed and alerted by courier of 'wrong address'
2. Alerted them that not wrong address but a Post Office who can accept packages/parcels from ALL couriers with the business hours provided to you that I had hoped you conveyed to the courier OR they would see on the Post office door. (have to use this route 2/2 mail theft at physical residence)
3. Idun in CS alerted me that the "courier would try in "6-10 days, be patient" 6-10 business days?
assuming this interval starts from the last time they tried to deliver(7/30), we are at day 22+;
OR if they mean per courier advice to them ( 8/12) , 6-10 days then we are now at 13 days+. They use a courier call "UniUni' they have known issues and the US postal services catergorizes them as "not legit companies" USPS was right, as another item from a different vendor who used this courier service I never received and I had to go to another courier. Good news..they take your payment super fast, yet "be patient' w/ their incompetent courier and no item?. would they be patient w no payment?? ! So still nothing, am alerting BBB and my CC of this company and their practices. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The other reviewers have similar experiences. Shop Amazon! (I don't work there but at least when I order I get my stuff)

Easy to order, good products, and a large selection for all budgets. Customer-focused in the contacts I have had. A bit long delivery time, information about it would have been good.

Ordered light which never delivered and my card was compromised in the transaction. My bank contacted me and I’ve had to cancel my credit card. Shocking

I had an issue with my order, but Elsa from customer service was fantastic! She resolved it quickly and even followed up to make sure everything was okay. The solar-powered light I bought are of excellent quality.

Overall satisfied, a bit long delivery time but if you have patience it was good, Out of 5 lamps, I was satisfied with 4, so that's good. The 5th I would say differed from the picture a bit in colors and such. But overall satisfied

Received my wardrobe motion lights. They work alright and were easy to install. They are practical for finding clothes in the dark, though not very bright. Overall, they serve their purpose. Customer service was responsive.

Ordered a set of flameless candles. They look decent and create a nice atmosphere. Note as bright as I hoped, but they are okay for decorative purposes. Delivery was prompt, which I appreciated.
