Unique and great additions for extension
Unique and great additions for our new extension. We got the ceiling roses and lamp holders which match our look, and some varieties of the jute cables which all also look amazing and have been complemented by visitors!

Great products, returning customer
very nice products that made my small task easy.
Really great cable, lovely and very well made/finished ceiling rose and a good lamp holder. If I'm being super picky, the white finish on the bakelite lamp holder wasn't the best, but that's super small detail that many won't see and for the price and most applications will not be visible (this was for a low level lampshade so it is very visible).
Great company, great products and great prices. I'll be back again for sure.

Ridiculous customer service
Spent ages wiring my lamp up using the switch I bought from them - the switch is incredibly fiddly and the fabric cable whilst pretty, a complete pain to work with - only to find the lamp didn't work.
Took the switch out and wired directly to the plug and it worked fine. Did this twice just to check and the same result.
Tried to contact the company - no phone number, no one available on chat despite chat saying they were available, and the online form didn't work.
Eventually had to book a telephone call the next day, only to be told that I need to wire the switch back in, record a video and send it to them for them to decide how to resolve the problem. It is very simple, replace the switch, no video required! It certainly isn't worth wasting more of my time as the switch only cost £2.70.
Totally ridiculous response from the company. Will not use again

Issue with a couple of the led bulbs.
Had an issue with a couple of the led bulbs we bought last year with the outdoor lamp sockets and cabling. The service team were more than helpful sending replacements foc the next working day. All the lamps are working again ...

Great customer service, a brilliant product, and an easy to use website
The system on site to build your own light fixture is brilliant, super easy to use. I did contact customer service to check a couple of things before purchasing and they were so helpful and quick to reply. When the light arrived we had no problems putting it up, and it looks beautiful. Only thing I wish was a bit quicker was the delivery, but everything else was fantastic and it probably only felt slow in comparison to places that have UK warehouses or overnight shipping.

Nice product - couple of improvements possible
Like the product - it's innovative and attractive. Slightly disappointed that it didn't prove possible to order samples of different cables to get the best colour option for my room design - an online enquiry gave me a very quick answer of how to do it, but when
I emailed my requirements days went by without a response. In the end I just bought the minimum length available of the most likely colours but surely a 20-30cm sample option could be made available?
Also, fitting instructions for the decentraliser would have been good! I fully fitted the light and then realised I needed to disconnect EVERYTHING to fit the decentraliser! Plus my light was going on to a 'follow on' circuit so I needed to swap out the supplied lever connectors for ones with more terminals, but I suppose this is hard to predict.
