Crack on the lid, disappointed but got refund on the express shipping cost.
Purchased a box of quilling set and some dried flowers. Initially I paid for the express shipping but since the courier service didn't take dried flowers, they had to change the courier. Over all it took four weeks to get to Ireland and the box had a crack on the lid. Bit disappointed with it since it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. They refunded me the express shipping cost since I asked for it. It was average quality and the service.

Due to the pandemic, the customs clearance of your country is delayed by 20-25 days, this means that even if the flight arrives in your country on time. However, due to your area post office pick-up delayed, the overall order delivery will be delayed. We are very sorry this situation is out of our control. We choose for you couriers is as fast as DHL, your order actually arrived in Ireland on December 5th, but due to the overall delay of customs, your order was not scanned in time resulted in the update after 20 days. For you to have a good experience, we have refunded the shipping cost for you and choose the fast shipping method for you for free. We only ever want our customers to love shopping with us. We always work hard to resolve any issues you may experience.
