I have some deli.in earby lancashire,I went online for a quote and quote only as I was in contract with another card company at the time,sales rep couldn't convince me due to me being in contract,but he got my daughter to sign up and she even told him contact still ran to February 2025,sales rep not a problem we will leave terminal with you til contract up,not a good idea as the machine was in cupboard for 2 mths and first time we use it it wasn't set up right,but card payments came to £172 but world pay only paid us £82 for that day,that was down to being charge for having terminal in cupboard which the sales rep didn't notify us off that,so world pay took £90 off us that day for one day ONLY,BE CAREFUL folks businesses can't afford to loose money like that due to a greedy sales rep just wanting business,and not giving a monkies about customers

Great money saving!

Alex shields was the rep I used. He was easy to communicate with and very efficient to deal with. The whole process changing card machine was seamless and very easy… especially considering the money I will be saving!

Matt Thackeray was very helpful with setting up our new card net machine. He even took the stress away from us having to cancel our pervious service provider by emailing them for ourselves. His friendly knowledgeable approach helped me understand how to use the device. He didn't rush through anything and answered any questions I had. Would highly reccomend him to other businesses or people, for his knowledge and friendly, helpful attitude.

Impromptu visit

I had an impromptu visit at my shop premises The flower gallery from Matthew Wickham after he had visited the little cafe next door, we had a very informal chat regarding my card machine, I had been looking to change and his visit was very well timed, after seeing what I would be saving a month it was a no brainer, Matthew made the whole process easy, he also called back once I received the terminal to set it all up and give me a little demo of its operation, I can not praise Mathew enough, really helpful & a genuinely lovely lovely guy, thankyou

Excellent Experience

On Wednesday Dean Ashfield came to help me with the new card payment machine to set up explaining everything to me also help me with dealing with previous company . Very helpful, everything thinking it's very easy. I

Excellent Service With a Human Touch

Excellent customer care throughout. Our Account Manager Dean has been terrific throughout the sign up process and to date with assistance when needed. Clear instructions have been issued and receipts and acknowledgements provided for everything. We know where we are and what we are doing!
