Matthew Wickham has been excellent from the start, he visited us at silver Darlings fish Company a couple of months ago when he came in to discuss us changing our card machine. Mike Evans told me that I will be paying 1£ per month plus the percentage take from each transaction, but they been taking £30 per month, I tried to terminate the contract due their breach in the contract and the charged me 350£ . Be careful with this company they lie to you to get a contract.

Mr Parker from CreatePay have from day 1 been a breeze to deal with. Helping every step of the way to get us up and running with our new merchant to take payments without compromising down time. Even a few months later, contacting us to help with PCI compliance. Better still, getting us better rates from the same merchant provider! 10/10. I know it can be difficult to trust 3rd party companies to deal on your behalf but don't hesitate with this one! has saved us money and without lifting a finger!

Mr Parker called me initially to introduce himself and explained clearly and professionally what they could offer our business. Long story short, we converted over to CreatePay only yesterday. The changeover was exceptionally smooth, all the staff were very helpful which made the process hassle free. A mention for Mr Parker, he was to the point, accurate, always on time with call appointments and did everything he said he would do... thank you, would definitely recommend if the offering suits your business.

Harvey Singh was amazing! He guided me through the entire setup for my card machine. Whenever I have had problems with the machine, he is always one call away from solving it. Amazing customer service and I would 100% reccomend this service to anyone in need for a payment processor!
