I had a great experience and the staff listen to you without judgement. They explain things well which i found helpful.

I booked an appointment for my initial fertility scan and consultation via the website, however as an error on their part they were not able to facilitate this date, they cancelled and rebooked on a date I had not approved,( I am required to give my work 4 weeks notice for annual leave) I informed create fertility I could not do the date they had resheduled to due to lack of notice, and I informed them of this well within the cancellation notice period. They will not refund me as I have been marked as a no show, despite no error on my part. Very unprofessional, and now trying to hold me hostage as to rebooking. If this is how they operate, i dont feel comfortable going forward with this provider and will be looking into other providers, £250 out of pocket.

I froze my eggs in 2024 and the experience at the time was ok, fast forward a year later I had not received any correspondence regarding my annual storage fee, naturally I was worried so I contacted them to be told i'd be sent and invoice 'at some point' which once received was promptly paid. They then sent me an email a few weeks later to say they would take £395 out of my account, I called about this and was told not to worry that they would send a message to the payments team, that the money wouldn't be taken. The money was taken, I then made numerous calls and sent emails to ask what the hell was going on to be ignored. I randomly received the money back weeks later. I sent a formal complaint to Create on 4/12/25, Today is 26/2/26 and I've heard nothing back from them. To say i'm disappointed is an understatement, it was such a huge emotional and financial decision for me to do this process and I'm left feeling like I cant trust that my eggs are safe.

Overall amazing experience. We have just had our egg collection. The whole journey to get to this point has been fantastic. The staff at Southampton are wonderful - especially Edyta, who is amazing at her job and extremely kind and compassionate. The egg collection at Wimbledon was smooth and the staff were amazing - particularly Dr Rostom, who made us feel very comfortable and had great energy.

We had an initial consultation and have since then emailed several times and and now being ignored because we wanted to get our initial results in detail so that we can discuss what we want to do next. They gave us an overview and now refused to respond. Even two stars is probably too much.

We cannot recommend Create Fertility Leeds highly enough.

After a very disappointing experience at a London clinic, we arrived feeling deflated and unsure whether IVF was even a realistic option for us. At 43, we had been made to feel that our chances were extremely slim. From our very first consultation at Create Leeds, everything changed. The team were warm, friendly and genuinely personable, and for the first time we felt hopeful.

Dr Dr. Sedler was open, honest and very direct about the best approach for us given our circumstances. We always felt fully informed and supported in our decisions. The whole team were kind, reassuring and seemed truly invested in our journey, which made such a difference during what can be an emotionally challenging process.

We underwent three back-to-back collections and were fortunate to end up with two euploid embryos. We were incredibly lucky to be successful on our first transfer, and this resulted in the birth of our beautiful baby girl in January.

It is hard to believe that just a year ago we were attending our initial consultation, unsure whether this would ever happen. Now we are holding our miracle baby, and we will be forever grateful to the team at Create Leeds for giving us hope when we needed it most.

For anyone considering IVF in the Yorkshire area, we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Create—my clinic was Southampton and the entire team were fantastic. A special mention goes to Edyta, who was incredibly supportive and took the time to talk through all of my worries. As someone who struggles with health anxiety, procedures can be very difficult for me, but the care and reassurance I received made a huge difference. The whole team have been amazing, and Doctor Rostrom’s passion for what he does really shows. I would 100% recommend Create.

We began our journey with CREATE in September 2025. As a same sex couple everything was new to us so we did think how easy everything was in regard to starting. Once we completed all documentation which was very thorough we then received our medical examination and our treatment was deemed as IUI. We did decide to go via CREATE sperm bank as it’s was only personal choice but they do provide lots of options for you!

We went to Manchester for the treatment in November 2025 and by the 10th December 2025 we got the most magical news it worked! We are now 13 weeks pregnant and are having a little girl! Couldn’t recommend CREATE anymore and we will be using them again

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Create Fertility. Throughout the whole experience the customer service and communication has been fantastic. Clinically, we’ve been treated with care and empathy. For those looking for a provider, I couldn’t recommend Create highly enough.

My experience with Create fertility has been very satisfying. They are competente staff with their job roles. They made sure my appointments and concerns were met. Moreover they make sure you have a follow up during each procedure.

I had a fantastic experience with ABC (st Albans)and Create fertility (st Paul’s). Special thanks to Deidre and Helena in St Albans, who were amazing and very much on hand to guide me throughout my embryo freezing journey. On the day of the procedure, Claire and the team at St Paul’s were so kind and confident, and I felt in very safe hands. Thank you for the work you do!

My husband and I have had a really positive experience using Create in Leeds. We went down the 'mild ivf' route and were treated with the upmost care. Everything was well-explained throughout and we were able to go at our own pace (sometimes I was pushing for back-to-back rounds, other times we had a long break) and our wishes were respected. The whole team from reception, to nurses, to consultants were lovely people to deal with. We are now getting ready to welcome our little girl in March 26 and will be forever grateful to Create for helping us to get there.

CREATE Southampton have been amazing throughout my treatment. Everyone you speak to within CREATE are just so friendly and helpful. Most of my treatment has been via the Southampton Clinic. Edyta has been absolutely amazing, she is incredibly knowledgeable, so helpful, always so positive and just so lovely. Denise is equally as lovely, very personable and great at what she does. Both Edyta and Denise have both played their part in making this treatment cycle as easy as it could be! Thank you!
The only negative is that the procedures have to be done out of the Raynes Park clinic (everyone equally as lovely there though) so is a bit of a drive. Having a lab/theatre in Southampton would be amazing and I think well received with those wishing to start their fertility journey and are based in Southampton.

Had such a positive experience with the Southampton clinic, Edyta is so lovely and friendly and has put me at ease throughout and Dr Rossom’s approach has been a breath of fresh air. Both have been positive and optimistic whilst also helping me to set realistic expectations for me. Denise has also been a huge help.

Getting hold of the central contact team can be a little tricky at times but I’ve not had to do this very much as Southampton have dealt with everything.

We researched many fertility places before choosing Create Fertility, our decision to go with Create Fertility was the best for our needs through our fertility journey, outlining all options available to us, giving us detailed information on the chances/overall fertility rates with each treatment. Good experience overall.
