Do not order from this company which has many other names too. They ship from China but do not mention this when you order. The company which takes payment is called Jiadi Ltd. I ordered a pair of sandals in May after seeing an advert on Instagram. They took 2 months to arrive and were complete rubbish. I contacted the company to complain and they said they would refund half the cost. This never arrived so I raised a dispute through PayPal who were useless. They said I had to return the shoes to China at my cost, which would have been the amount of the refund. PayPal ignored my appeal against this and closed the case. So I’m £20 down but have learned a valuable lesson and just hope others read this before ordering.

Size 7 ordered. They took my money straightaway and I waited over 2 months before they arrived. Although they have a size 41 (UK 7) on them, they are far too small and the quality is disgusting! Insoles were hanging out and didn’t fit the shoe. They arrived in a plastic bag with no return label. When I requested to return them all they keep saying is we sent you what you ordered so no return or refund - give them to someone who can use them!! In these times of furlough I can ill-afford paying out for something that is no good to anyone!! Avoid at all costs. Do not order from them.

Size 6 shoes ordered, shoes 'labelled on bag' as size 6, no markings at all on the shoes themselves to quote sizing..........can't get my feet in them. They claim 'correct size sent' and are refusing to send me a replacement or a refund. SCAM!!!!!

Awful company to deal with. The wrong size shoe arrived after 2 months of waiting. I could send shoe back at my cost for a full refund - argued for 2 weeks via numerous emails & eventually had to settle for half my money refunded. Dreadful company that employ robots with shocking customer service.

Ordered via Facebook - big mistake. I have been waiting since April for two pairs of shoes, they have still not arrived. Been told they have been shipped two times and given two different tracking numbers. On contacting the Post Office, they confirmed that deliveries were made, but not to my address. Cannot trust what they say, very unhelpful via email and cannot get a refund. Not recommended.

The shoes took 3 months to arrive, damaged packaging,damaged shoe and wrong size sent. avoid this company as they do not offer refund or a return policy.

They took 3 months to arrive. The sandals were an absolute disgrace. No customer refund available. Avoid like the plague. You live and learn. 🤬

Made the awful mistake of purchasing after seeing a post on facebook, placed an order on the 22nd May 2020 and to date (19th July 2020) I still haven't received my order, have sent numerous emails to which I get no satisfactory answers, shipping details currently show the item in Kazakhstan (25th June 2020), AVOID this company like you would COVID-19.

Avoid this company cheap plastic shoes. Asked for refund procedure offered £3 compensation and email stating refund not an option.

If there was an option of negative rating I would opt for it. In effect just had money stolen wish I'd checked reviews 😡

Should be able to leave no stars. Ordered 17th May and still not arrived! Obviously a scam and wish I’d looked at trust pilot first. Won’t use a Facebook advertised company again! Lesson learnt😩

What a terrible company. I ordered 2 prs of sandals that did not fit. I wanted a refund which they have refused.

I wish I’d read the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering. Sandals look lovely in the photograph but the real thing is cheap and horrible. Despite measuring my feet and checking the size chart they were too big with no way of altering the fit. As soon as I picked up the package I knew it wasn’t going to be good - it was very light. On opening all I saw was poor quality footwear. Ashamed to say I fell for the advertisement. Never again!

Ordered 31st May and they have just arrived very cheaply made and nothing like the picture, wish I had not bothered, cheap plastic and not stitched very well, I would return them if I could, will probably just throw them away

Not worthy of a review, sandals rubbish, delivery took at least 2 months, absolute con. No way were sandals leather cheap cheap crap. The only place they should be is in the dustbin

Dreadful company. Shoes took ages to arrive ,they didn’t fit and were dreadful cheap materials. Requested a return address and a refund. They offered $3 which I refused, then offered $6 which I also refused. Eventually they offered £9 and to keep the sandals which I finally took. It has been paid into my bank but do NOT use this company, they have no intention of complying with their website promises?

Please do not use this company. Sandals arrived after 42 days. They were 4 sizes too small and when I opened the bag I was nearly knocked out by the chemical smell. The company refused to give me a refund several times, saying they had sent the right size despite me sending photos clearly showing the size label. After many emails, they said they would refund ms 8 USD. I would not recommend and would not give any score. The sandals are cheap plastic and I couldn't even give them away.

Not even worth the 1 star. Waited 40 days for order, very cheaply made not worth the money. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not use I ordered my sandals in March and they still haven't arrived. No feedback from company. Facebook should take them of the site. BB Manchester

If I could have picked a minus star I would have. Sandals arrived after 5 weeks in transit. Definitely not leather. Very cheaply made but for all that quite comfortable. Don't know how long they will last . Will use for housework or garden. Will not be ordering again.
