Excellent product and excellent custumers services

Hello, I received my Crazybird on time and well packaged. It's a beautiful bike that feels sturdy and makes you want to ride... I ordered the mudguards with the rack, but the experience wasn't as good. There were no assembly instructions for the mudguards, and I had to drill into the rack to fit the mounting points on the frame.
It's a shame, because now I wanted to order the front rack separately, but I'm a little hesitant.

Great customer support

I bought my jumper on Walmart.com. I don't remember exactly how long but it came quickly. I got the orange step through, changed the seat and added a handlebar riser, which I would have done to any bike. I am 66, 6'3 and 250lbs and lazy! I have built and ridden ebikes before but none with pedal assist and I bought this to walk my dog on the canal path. this bike is wonderful. it is such a comfortable ride with front shocks and fat tires. of the 5 levels of pedal assist I use level 1 and ride until I get tired then turn around and cruise with throttle or pedal assist level 5 home to cool down.i have a mountain bike for exercise and every few years I pump up the tires but never ride it. bottom line is if your getting older and don't exercise like you should, get one of these. you will be amazed at how much you actually do ride it. friends have lost a leg to diabetes, this is a great low impact aerobic exercise, then use throttle to catch a nice cool down breeze home. ps.. at 250w these were getting rave reviews in Europe at 1/3 the power and $1899. when Walmart dropped the 750w versions price to $949 I had to buy it. I love it , you will too. for fun rides this is a great bike, use common sense this is not a race bike and stupid hurts.

order and shipment were ok for the 2 Seta. I don't give 5 stars as 2 days after my order, the site offer a bigger discount than the one I had.

I bought the Seta Through as my first electric bike and I am very happy with the product. You just have to be a little patient with the construction but after that the bike is great. Great design and electric assistance is pretty good. When delivered (in only 5 working days!) the wood plate was damaged but I contacted the company using whatsapp and customer service is very fast for answering all the matters. I received a New wood plate within approx 1 week. Also got the display user manual through customer service. I recommend for anybody who wants a good affordable electric bike.

Got the. Bike less than 2 weeks lovely bike rides fine ect but if my key is in or out of the battery u can still use full electric so if the bike was to get nicked they would easy get away as only have to press the button on the bar not very secure at all was told the key is nothing to do with the electric don't make sense to me so the bike is got to be faulty and I'm now being ignored on what's app and by email not happy at all

I ordered 2 bikes from Crazybird the seta and jumper, it took 12 days for the sata to be delivered I had to chase it up, the jumper wasn't delivered, when I purchased the bikes I wasn't informed that the jumper bike was a 8 week delivery time I wouldn't have bought this bike if that was the case, they were happy to take my money but didn't inform me about the waiting time, the free panier bag with the sata bike also wasn't delivered another shameful lie from this poor company whose customer services is non existent, I have emailed I can't find a uk contact number, this company I believe is very much fraudulent people be aware don't be caught out like I have,

Totally recommendable company, serious and professional From minute one they have been answering all my doubts and questions in several emails that I sent, they answered all quickly and satisfactorily.

and just as they told me about their shipping policy which is between 3 or 4 days from the time of payment, and so it was... I bought on a Friday night and on Tuesday morning I already have my ebike with me.

I chose the Crazybird Seta E-Bike model, excellent ebike. Robust but quite light.

- The saddle is not too big but it is very comfortable.
- The motor is very quiet, with a screen with all the options available for a quiet or fast ride.
- The wheels are a 26 quite large and easy to handle, there are times when I have gone very very slowly and I have been able to keep it firm quite well.
- Gear changes are comfortable, very classic but efficient.
- Totally efficient brake system. You press and the bike gets stop right there...
- The rear light are wonderful, the braking signal lights up when you press the brake, although I don't like the front light very much, for me it's a bit weak in power... I would recommend that the front LED light be more powerful and removable so that it can be charged at home using a USB-C. Like I have right now, with an extra flashlight but much more powerful.

And the best of all is the company's Customer Service. They have NEVER said anything to me or promised anything that they have not been able to fulfill. They have helped me everything they could and much more, not like in other Shop (Gin e-bikes) where there are only empty words and dead promises.

I am very, very happy with Ebike and much happier with the treatment received by the seller.
