Scam app. Overpriced substandard software

Crayo is a SCAM. If I could have given it 0 star, I would have. And I strongly suspect that the 5 star reviews you see below are fake...

This software is poorly designed, its features are week compared with so many alternatives out there, including some free ones. Take for instance Capcut or Da Vinci resolve for video editing. It doesn't even compare. Not even close. Same with its ai capabilities (think of what inVideo can offer, or TubeMagic for its handling of SEO). And on top of it Crayo is awfully slow to use for downloads and generating videos.

It's resources with sounds are nothing special. Once again, you have better free ones online, like Bensound, or Eleven Labs for voice generation. For the music you have Artlist or Pixabay music. And when it comes to images and videos, they're dismally insignificant. Better go with Pixabay or Pexels.

But most of all, the sort of videos you can create with Crayo are so basic you're very unlikely to have any success with it on Youtube or TikTok. Its features, like splitting the screen, are useless, knowing that half the screen will be taken by an excerpt of an unrelated video game (with only a handful to choose from). What's the point of that?

And as far as ripping an existing video from a link, there are a number of programs online that can do that for free, like Cobalt. And if you want to achieve anything decent from it, you have to put in the work. Crayo doesn't do it automatically for you... And you would definitely do that better and faster with other softwares.

All in all, it's a slow, cheap and limited version of so many other greater alternatives. Unfortunately, because of potential affiliate revenus, there are a few "honest" reviews out there, either in text format or video, that make its promotion (I'm looking at you Mr Money...).

The result are many disgruntled customers that can't get their money back. Because yes, Crayo have a policy of no refund, even if like me you try to get it back immediately after subscribing and realising you've been scammed...

Edit: Guys, ignore the "professional" sounding reply bellow. It's part of their PR strategy to con you...

Subscription Cancellation

I no longer need the software since my career path has changed and I've had a issue regarding the cancellation of my subscription and needed help to recover my informations.
Within 2-3 minutes a support member reached out to me and helped me and directed the case internally to the right place.
The whole support case was finished within the same day.

Software Needs Abit Fixing/ Customer Support Is Amazing!

Although the software itself may need a bit fixing with bugs and other minor problems I can ensure that you are in good hands, atleast in my case, upon starting my monthly subscription, I noticed that the editing software was laggy and not very responsive, once I opened a ticket seeking help from customer support, I was met with very polite and intelligent people, they assured me that these problems would be fixed in the future but still offered me the option to receive a full refund if I didn't wish to continue, which I did end up taking. I think with the right adjustments in the coming future and alot of care this editing software has the potential to do amazing things, especially with the brilliant minds they have helping customers like myself.(I'll update this review in the future depending on changes to the software and if I do actually receive my refund. -update- i recieved my refund in full!)

INCREDIBLE GAMECHANGING

Hi, my name is Brandon, i'm from Spain and i started a new YT channel like a 1,5 month ago and went well but like I got stuck between 5-16k views per video. Then I bought the Daniel Bitton YT course and applied all in my new videos and they are literally exploding my views and subs. I'm gaining hundreds of subs daily and also lot of views.
