As a business owner relying on Craver for essential digital services, I’ve been deeply disappointed with the level of support and performance. We have faced ongoing issues—from buggy menu functionality to customers struggling with login and ordering variants—which directly impacts our customer experience and revenue.
Despite repeated efforts to get assistance, support calls are unhelpful, and it seems like there’s no accountability—no success manager has reached out, and it feels like we’ve been left in the dark.
We also requested to implement a rewards points and coupon system, but haven’t been guided properly on this either. A business can’t grow without reliable partners, and Craver’s current level of service is unacceptable.
We strongly urge Craver to take our concerns seriously and initiate a proper support meeting to resolve these issues. Until then, we cannot recommend this platform to others looking for a dependable solution.
