Zara

Zara, was great at being the go between for me. I placed the 3 month World Back Pack as a Christmas gift for my grandson and wanted to make sure he didn't receive his 1st box until the week before the holiday, and after much back and forth it was accomplished. Now as far as the crate, that is still up for debate as I haven't seen what's in it yet.

Cratejoy and the outside company failed…

Cratejoy and the outside company failed to send emails for order confirmation and shipping information. The order shipped so the outside company refused to refund the order even though I had cancelled it. I will not be using their services in the future.

Easy and fun to make, and delicious!

My daughter was excited to receive these Bread Boxes, and found them so simple and efficient to make. Everything you need and easy to understand instructions. The bread came out beautifully. Customer service answered my delivery question immediately and I’ll probably gift this company’s product again!

Delivery issue resolved

I placed an order for a subscription to a monthly delivery. The first delivery never arrived, and the tracking showed it was somehow stuck in transit. They responded immediately to my request and the issue was timely resolved and the shipments are arriving as promised. The issue was not as a result of anything they did but they resolved it effectively.

Avoid Doing Business with Cratejoy

I strongly advise against purchasing from Cratejoy. I ordered a 3-month DateNite Box subscription, but nothing ever shipped. I received no details after placing the order—just a visible subscription with no activity.

I reached out to the seller directly and never received a response, so I contacted Cratejoy’s customer service. Initially, they appeared helpful and said they would work to resolve the issue. They reached out to the seller, who again did not respond. Cratejoy then offered several options, including a refund, which I immediately requested.

Since then, communication from Cratejoy has been extremely poor. Every response I receive ignores the issue entirely, and they have failed to issue the promised refund or ensure shipment. At this point, the situation feels deceptive and untrustworthy. Proceed with caution—my experience with Cratejoy has been extremely disappointing and feels fraudulent.

Great Experience

Great products and great customer service!

I ordered a stationary gift box 3 month subscription for my daughter as a birthday gift. The first box arrived promptly and was adorable with personalized cards, pens, confetti, and other accessories. The name on the cards was accidentally my name instead of my daughter’s, but I emailed the company and they responded right away! both the stationary box sellers themselves and CrateJoy worked together to fix it immediately! There was no haggling or anything, just great customer service! Would definitely recommend using this company for any gifts you want to give. Getting an actual person to help you promptly and with a positive attitude is worth a lot, in my opinion! (Not to mention the products were of high quality!)

I had an issue with an auto-renew…

I had an issue with an auto-renew feature, but worked with CrateJoy and the direct supplier to find a resolution. Customer service and response was fast and efficient. Made for a very positive experience.

ALL I'M TRYING TO DO IS CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY RECIPIENT. But you can't do that unless you AGREE to another subscription!! The chat doesn't really help-tells you to look here, look there--and you simply cannot find it, where they are telling you to look! I'm at the infancy of trying to change the address, but I can tell it's going to be a long, difficult road they're going to have me travel. My subscription is for Spice Madam. It was a wedding gift. This whole thing is a scam. Do yourself a favor: AVOID!!!

Their customer service is amazing. We had an issue with a delivery. I submitted a ticket and it was resolved and we had been communicated answers in a timely manner. I really appreciate the attentiveness of their customer service and the follow up. Thank you!

I ordered a 3 month subscription…

I ordered a 3 month subscription through Crate Joy in August. The first box was supposed to be delivered right away. After almost 3 weeks I still had not received it. I reached out to them and got an immediate response to my problem from Zara. She was great. Very on top of it.
Not only did I receive several emails from Zara with updates on the whereabouts of my box, but the actual owner of the company reached out to me as well in a separate email.
I’ve never had such immediate follow up from any company like I did with Crate Joy.
Thank you again, ladies.

Zara and Jenny Deserve 5 Stars

Zara and Jenny made my experience 5 stars when they did everything to address my issue. I emailed at 11:47am and by 11:48am, I already had assistance and ongoing responses with consistent communication and follow up to help me. My package was located by the recipient and I even had assistance to ensure the next shipment would be without issue. I am incredibly grateful for and impressed by the customer service I experienced. I definitely plan to use this company again for future gifts. I got Bloomsy Box for one gift and had no issues. I also got Therabox from Cratejoy and had a good gift experience there as well.

ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS. I bought my husband the root beer subscription for father’s day. I did a 3 month subscription and mind you it was about $150… for soda. He loves root beer and it was a unique gift because they made it sound like you would be getting craft root beers/uncommon root beers to taste (not the main brands at the store). Each box 3 different root beers with 2 of each brand, so a total of 6 sodas. The first box came and 2 of them were common here, he can get locally at menards and walmart but the third was new. The second box came and 2 of the brands were the exact same as the first box! $45 per box (for 6 sodas) and they are sending the SAME ONES. So then I email them and they were so incompetent it was unbelievable to me that they are still in business. The actual business that is doing the Root beer sampler is Beverages Direct and THEY are just as useless as cratejoy. I had to wait a whole month to get my refund because beverages direct was not responding to cratejoy about the issue and months later I have still only been refunded for one box.

Probably will not use again. Took many emails to receive these two orders. Zara was the bright spot in these transactions. She finally got the issues of delivery resolved. Thanks Zara for your help. BloomsyBox once delivered was very nice. Flowers were very pretty and was a large bouquet. Hope next two subscription deliveries will go on without any problems. The order to FaithBox was very disappointing. Took a lot of correspondence to get it delivered and then was very disappointed in contents of the box. It was a thank you gift and I will need to find something else to express my thanks because this absolutely did not. It was a waste of money.
