Great price and great people. Worked around our short office open hours and delivered and collected on time. One of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time.

Great experience - no problem

Never used a crate company before but will do again. Made a change to be able to speak to a real person, all questions and issues resolved there and then. Crates turned up as and when expected and all were cleans and in good nick. Collection was just as painless.

I hired 20 creates to move house. I used the creates for my books. It was a very good idea. The creates were delivered early on the day so that I could use the day to start the packing. The crates are easy to use, they come stacked in one another. They are easy to pack and close with a nylon ties. There is costly boxes to be disposed of after use, no messing with tape and trying to seal boxes. The moving company found them easy to move and load into the van and take into the storage unit. The second moving company found them easy to move out of the storage unit and into the new home. I unpacked them within about an hour. The Crate hire company came to fetch them early on the morning. I did not have any boxes or debris to get rid of. They also protected the books. Highly recommended both the company and the way to move items when moving house. Keeps things simple. Thanks

Ordering was easy, communication was good and everything dropped off and picked up on time. Also, prices for crates and delivery more reasonable than many others. I've vowed to never move again, but if I do, I'll def use this company providing they keep their prices lower than competition! Thank you to the lovely delivery drivers too, both guys were great!

First time hiring crates for a house move, but definitely will not be the last and I will go straight back to the Crate Hire Company for their service. Their delivery and collect prices were very reasonable compared to others. Placing the order online was easy, and I received a follow up confirmation from an actual person which helped ease the stress of the move (rather than just believing that the crates will turn up when I requested them!). The communication was excellent at the end of the hire as well for an efficient collection arrangement. All in all, great experience start to finish.

We required crates to store classroom items during the summer works and we got very competitive prices along with reasonable delivery charges. Nothing appeared to much trouble and they adapted to our changing requirements and kept us fully informed from start to finish. Arrived on time and were very helpful and honest with us. I don’t normally write these reviews but I had to with Hills as the whole experience was second to none. Very helpful and friendly staff on the phone who I had to call a few times to extend the crate hire as my builders went over schedule a few times. I would recommend to anyone wanting to hire crates.
