DO NOT BOOK! They cannot deliver on whatever they say on their website. The whole website is just a front for a lazy man who will not book you a test efficiently and does not communicate effectively.... See more

DON'T USE

similar to below multiple messages which no one ever answers to a rude horrible man who just makes excuses, luckily when i finally managed to be assigned a driving instructor he was lovely & i didn't have to have any further contact with the company but they are awful just get in touch with a driving instructor & do an intense course with them instead.

Company does nothing but steal money

This company is really great at stealing money for doing nothing. Basically, if ur thinking of using this company, don't, phone someone in your local area and arrange a driving lesson - this is all they will do.

Utterly useless company, once you have paid them you wont get your money back.

They provided me with a date for a driving test, failed to meet that day pushed back the date and gave me every excuse listed on this page.

Eventually they provided me with a drive who had never worked for the company before, had no idea how to create or run an intensive course.

I failed.

What an utter waste of time, and money.

SCAM! OPERATED BY A RUDE THUG. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My story is similar to the rest of the reviews. Booked and paid for the course 6 weeks prior to the event.

Left 12 voicemails, countless emails (no response). When I finally got hold of him, 2 days before the course was due to start, he told me that the instructor had let him down.

I told him that I understood that "these things happen" but went on to complain about the lack of communication. He was arrogant rude and agressive; I was gobsmacked!

"Don't cross me" he said, "I write the cheques"..... What the.....!!!!! is that supposed to mean?

Anyway, we'll see if he honours the terms and conditions of his contract and refunds ALL of my money.

If not, it's off to the small claims court we go..... I don't hold out too much hope, though. I suspect he already has a box full of CCJ's on his desk in his portacabin. I will, nevertheless, make it my business to pursue this thug through the courts.

I've never been spoken to the way this bully spoke to me today. I'm not sure who this guy thinks he is, but he's met his match.

wish me luck.!!!!!

P.s. I will update the review as things progress. You never know, I might come home on Monday to find a cheque on the doormat..... you never know!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

This guy is an agressive bully who in my opinion has no intention of helping you pass your test.
Fast Pass??? not a chance, my son booked and paid for a fast pass test in November and the website states that tests are available next week. They initially said the test would be 30 days or so, they then booked him a test in April, then changed it to June without the least bit of contact. In my opinion he was waiting for us to cancel so that he could retain the £100 cancellation fee...which he did.
His contract is punative and means that you will end up with 100% of nothing. I did manage to get a partial refund after taking legal advise, however that was hard won. Please avoid!!!

Avoid this fraudulent liar.

I called requesting a week of intensive driving classes and a driving test on the Friday. Paid 300 pounds deposit by credit card but received no email confirmation. Two weeks later, I still had contact, dates, times, etc. I called five times but got no call back. Finally reached the guy (NIck) who grumpily told me an instructor would contact me. The instructor was from another driving school and he immediately told me I'd made a huge mistake booking through this company. Crashcoursesdrivingschool just gets customers from its website and then hands them to a real driving school, taking a cut.
I called to ask for confirmation that my driving test was on the Friday but got no reply (ever again!! Nothing no further contact at all). My instructor said I could check it on the .Gov website. My test had been booked but for TWO MONTHS LATER!! So I flew back to Poland where I live, rebooked my flights for the week before my test and took another two weeks off of work. This fraud has cost me over 1300 pounds in wasted classes, flights and lost work. Absolutely the worst rip off of my life. My instructor told me the same happened to the last customer he got from the company, so it wasn't just a one-off.
