stolen items, no solution to get them again
I ordered some shoes online, the delivery company delivered them in a common area accesible from the street from everybody. The package was stolen. I made a complain and they tell me they have to wait that the delivery company makes an investigation. The delivery company calls me to tell me that they already compensate them and that I need to get in contact with cramersvanasten so they will send me the product. I contact them they say they havent receive anything from the delivery company. I call the delivery company again and they say that they have already compensate them.
Meanwhile the product I ordered is already sold out. If I want to receive the product i bought I have to buy again in another shop and pay dubbele money from what I paid before. Who is gonna compensante this money???

We are sorry to hear that something went wrong with the delivery of your order! We unfortunately have no impact on the delivery, after it is picked up at our warehouse. We have definitely made a report of this to the carrier.
Because you ordered the last size, we were unfortunately unable to deliver you a new one. We informed you of this at that time and we refunded you at that time as well.
We are sorry that it happened this way and we hope that if we may welcome you back as a customer in the future, everything will go well!
