Our experience at the woven mill has been excellent. 1st class staff and service. We are a residential home for residents with severe learning disabilities and one of our service user goes out for lunch once a week, management and staff are always accommodating to our staff and service user, we couldn't recommend them enough.

Very disappointing visit to Woven Mill cafe today. Waited 15 minutes for waitress to take our order and she went straight to table of 4 who had just sat down! Then another 25 minutes later when food finally arrived it was not what I ordered! I ate it anyway cause couldn’t wait any longer. Told owner this when he was clearing away our plates ‘I’ll sort it’ he said. But did nothing. Totally out of their depth today. Not enough experienced staff. I have been here several times before and never had a problem, but now really put off by bad service and no effort to make better.

Fantastic Garden Centre and the cafe is amazing, food and desserts are to die for, friendly staff and excellent service definitely 5 stars

I’ve been using these guys for a while now and only have great things to say about them. Their product offering is of a high standard. The top soil is well screened and I’ve found it to be weed free. The Compost, bark and gravel are all top quality and reasonably priced with affordable delivery rates. I’ve found the staff to be really decent and honest people. I highly recommend and will return for more as required. Hopefully the website gets more and more added!!
