I was having trouble understanding the directions for my Medicine and when I called and inquired they took maybe and hour tops and called back with complete instructions. It was very nice to be able to speak to someone immediately
Very easy process to order the supplement, have a short telemed visit with provider to discuss goals, questions, contraindications and approval, then if approved, supplement is shipped. Medical provider was professional and showed concern for my needs.
