A no-show parcel BUT brilliant customer service

Unfortunately the parcel that I paid an additional charge for Express delivery failed to arrive in time for the event they were required for. However Craft Supplies still gets 4 stars for the excellent customer service that I received on raising my frustration! A full refund, including the additional postage, without hesitation.
