Bit disappointed.
I liked it but I’m disappointed that the accent isn’t Australian and the story didn’t concentrate on Bowie’s face more often 🤷♀️I hope I’m not subjecting his face to being used for unscrupulous means ie: child trafficking or pornography. Myself and my family would be horrified and angry.

Hi Jules,
I'm Sarah, the founder of CraftStory, and I'm a mum too. I completely understand why you want to be certain about how Bowie's photo is used. No, we do not use children's photos for the purposes you mentioned. Your photo is used to personalise the film, and we delete uploaded photos after the film is created. Protecting children's privacy matters deeply to me.
I'm sorry the accent wasn't Australian and that you wanted to see more of Bowie in the story. Those details matter in a personalised gift, and I appreciate you telling me.
Please email hello@craftstory.co with your order number so we can look at your concerns about the film and check the deletion of Bowie's uploaded photo specifically.

Breathtaking Results!
The visuals are stunning! The CGI is so richly detailed, and beautifully rendered, that it looks like much more than 480p. An Extreme Close Up of your child's face is my recommendation to anyone considering trying these Story Videos - the results speak for themselves. And yes, I will be purchasing additional episodes in the Continuing Storylines.

I love the movie but thought it would say tanner's name in the movie. Like when the monkey introduced himself, tanner did not. And noone said anything about tanner just that he helped them

A magical story featuring my little boy!
Our experience with CraftStory was amazing! Seeing my boy as the main character in his very own movie was so special and heartwarming! The personalization made the story feel so unique, and it was such a sweet way to bring his little face to life in a magical adventure. The quality was wonderful, and it made such a memorable keepsake for our family. I would definitely recommend CraftStory to other parents looking for something meaningful, creative, and truly special for their little ones!🥹✨
