We are so pleased with our shutters, would highly recommend! The customer service was absolutely excellent too — Toby and Sam went out of their way to make sure our shutters were fitted before our baby arrived.

We had received a couple of quotations from other providers prior to Craftsmen. One requirement that we had was to fit back in the shutters from the previous property owner and add new side panels to either side of the widened French doors. None of the other providers were able to do it, presumably because it was too much hassle and they would rather we purchase new ones from them. We were in luck when Toby came around and done the measurements and told us that it was doable! Not only were they the only ones who were willing to do it, they also quoted a competitive price and had shorter lead times. We are very happy with the whole process from measurement, quotation, to final fitting. Toby is very professional and his craftsmanship is top notch. Sam kept us informed about the shipping schedule and organised the fitting seamlessly. They are absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My daughter had her wood shutters done by Toby and Sam a few years ago. I remember they provided very good service so I contacted them for my own. Excellent service from Toby and Sam again with very attractive price. Will definitely recommend my friends to contact them for wood shutters service.

We were quite please with the installation of Patio doors. The work was done to highest standard and they are very professional. They reason for four stars is mainly because of the length of time waiting for the shutters to arrive from abroad once order was placed. however there was no delay to the estimated time of arrival and work started promptly. We will use this company again.
