really easy to order and when I placed an order with the wrong address I called up straight away and spoke to someone who was able to change it straight away. I then emailed for an update the same day and got an instant reply and my delivery was with me in around a day or two it was great

I am really happy about the service Craftsew offer. Personnel is kind and very helpful and reply quickly to any query. I loved walking into the shop and being able to touch and see the products in person. I also tried their online ordering system, it is quick and easy. They offer Klarna payments, which is my favourite method. Thank you for being a very customer-oriented company.

Bought cricut explore 3 came with great bundle and extra bundle worth £105 for free came so quickly so happy, it was due for delivery yesterday got confirmation and never turned up no delivery time from dpd despite an email saying being delivered yesterday contacted dpd who told me they have not received the parcel contact company wrote an email within 10 minutes not only did I have a email response nita called me very friendly helpful helped get all resolved and was delivered today, everything came it is amazing company was so easy to deal with definitely be using in the future

Very quick to arrange an appointment. Able to look at the Brother Overlocker in the showroom which is a plus as buying on line would be an issue for me. The price is the same in this store as any online seller which is great. Very helpful with any questions I had. The good thing able buying at a store is that if there are any issues you can take it back for any help you may need.

Brought the cricut maker 3 at a great price. Quick delivery service and great customer services will definitely use again.

Paid for the next day delivery. Waited all day in for nothing to turn up! Chat option shocking as they incapable of telling the truth. Promised get delivered next day again, for me to stay in and no one to turn up! After speaking with 3 diffrent people on 3 diffrent days, they finally admitted this wasn't dispatched at all! The product finally turned up 5 days late. No apologie, no next day delivery charge refund! Just brushed under the carpet, shocking!

Amazing service, I am over the moon with my new machine. I made the order and it was with me within 2 weeks. I had to make an enquiry and the staff replied to me straight away with the information I needed. I would most definitely recommend craft sew to anyone thinking of purchasing.
