I received the email with tracking number on 9/8, and it has not been sent out yet, so not happy with how long it 9s taking for it to be shipped from label being created.
Edit, have received information and am happy with results.

I apologize for any confusion around the order process. Craft Kitsune subscription boxes all ship at the same time of month. Depending on your sign-up date, the wait for your first kit can be a little over a month due to our sign-up window.
As a fellow small business owner, I hope you can understand supply chain delays. I do my best as the only employee and owner of the business to provide custom craft supplies to each of my subscribers on time every month. However, unforeseen delays occur beyond my control. I am very transparent on these delays via email and social media and sincerely apologize for them.
We have already been in email correspondence, but please let me know if you have any future concerns.

My favorite craft kit by far!
I have tried many craft subscribe boxes and this is by far my favorite. You get the supplies to make the project, but also enough to make more and are given ideas on different ways to do it. I have never been disappointed with this kit.
