We had a very positive experience working with Craftique Interiors, run by Queenie and John, who are clearly passionate, hardworking and professional.

They offer a wide range of services, from interior design for both homes and commercial spaces to full renovation work. Even though we only engaged them for design services (not renovation) and our project was relatively small, Queenie and John still dedicated more than enough time, effort and patience to our project.

They took the time to carefully listen to our needs and preferences, but they didn’t simply follow instructions blindly. Instead, they provided professional ideas and suggestions that we hadn’t considered before. Some of these initially seemed different from what we thought we wanted, but after their clear explanations and examples from previous projects, we realised they were actually helping us achieve what we truly needed — especially given the limitations of our home and office space. We really appreciated their honesty, experience and professional judgement.

They also went above and beyond by travelling a long distance to carry out on-site measurements, just to ensure their design recommendations truly fit our space. Their dedication and attention to detail were genuinely impressive.

The materials, colours and textures they recommended were all of high quality, carefully selected by them, and well within our budget. It’s clear that they personally examine and choose materials to ensure both quality and suitability for their clients.

Overall, the quality of service, professionalism and genuine care we received exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Craftique Interiors to anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality interior design services.

Queenie and John redesigned our bathroom and dressing room and I couldn't be happier with the results. They listened to mine and my husband's wants/needs and met our brief precisely. They stayed within the budget I set them and were always available to answer any questions I had. Could not recommend them enough. A pleasure to work with.

We first engaged with Queenie and John in October 2024 when we were looking for some interior design advice for an annex flat extension to our home in Hampton - a project which ended up spanning 10 months, including redecorating the whole of our downstairs.

My husband and I warmed to Queenie and John from the very beginning and they are genuinely lovely people to work with. We found them very responsive, great listeners, extremely hard-working and very professional in the way they presented their ideas and organised the various documents ( including designs and related spreadsheets of suppliers etc). They clearly both have professional training and are quietly confident in their suggestions - not just the interior designs but also in some of the structural/architectural suggestions they made.

We are delighted by the end product - the annex flat is stunning, has been finished to a very high quality and is a great compliment to the existing house (which is a fairly old, classic style). And the redecorated house is beautiful. I love their use of accent walls, with beautiful wallpaper, and the different types of panelling we have used. And they helped massively with my dilemma of wanting a bigger kitchen - with some good ideas of how we could reformat the existing space. My husband (who had to deal with the builders!) would say that one or two of the ideas were a bit complex but I am totally delighted we pushed the boundaries slightly!

We cannot recommend Craftique enough for their interior design services. From the very beginning, they have not just been on top of everything, but they went above and beyond in every aspect. Craftique was one of many designers we reached out to in the beginning, but even from the consultation stage, it was clear they blew the rest out of the water.

Queenie and John have been available for every moment throughout the process with unwavering patience and professionalism. Their thoroughness is second to none, and on top of that they are warm and sincere. We never once felt like transactional clients, and they made the entire experience such a joy.

They are stylish, practical, and thorough. Incredible interior designers and lovely people in general. We are so happy with their work, have been recommending them to our friends, and plan to use them again in the future.

Craftique is the best residential interior designer I've worked with so far as a photographer. The projects they created are not only breathtaking, but also very practical taking into account client's real needs, not just creating "signature" projects to show off their own style. This is truly important for residential design cause at the end of the day, it's about "fit for purpose" and "manifesting owner's visions". Every projects I shot for them have different qualities, meaning that the designers are passionate about crafting each design into perfection with incredible patience and efforts put into every detail from design to construction process. And the most important of all, is that John and Queenie ,this lovely couple are super honest and reliable. Working with them is such a great pleasure yet no pressure at all due to their cheerful and extremely accommodating characters.

All in all, I can't stop recommending Craftique to everyone I know who wants to find a high quality + hassle free interior design company.

The stand out for me with Craftique was the way I felt listened to when designs and ideas were presented. At the same time, Craftique were brilliant at broadening my vision to see what was possible, a skill I would never have been able to see on my own. Can't rate Craftique highly enough. Exceptional service, went above and beyond our expectations. Craftique's attention to detail is amazing and LOVED the designs and colour schemes suggested for us. Noticed things the architect missed and generally added more value than we paid. Would highly recommend and would use Craftique again for both big & smaller projects.

We asked Craftique as the consultant for our house refurbishment. They are the expert in the selection of materials and they can immediately use some samples to demonstrate how to match them to make our home more stylish.

During the construction, whenever we thought of any problems, they were able to give us different solutions and tell us what we needed to pay attention to, which relieved a lot of our worries.

What we like most is that they were very attentive in listening to our needs and you can see that they strive for perfection in every details. We highly recommend them!

Craftique’s work transformed our house. We were listened to attentively and Craftique came up with creative designs and paid close attention to the budget we had available.

Neither my wife or I are particularly creative and so having a design input made a huge difference.

I would unreservedly recommend them and if we do work in the future would want to use them again.
