I am not sure if craftelier is scam or not, because I bought some material has more than 15 days and they told me the address isn't good, but I bought several times by Amazon using with the same address and never I have been problems with my orders. And know Craftelier told me the will charge €12, and make one refund for the difference
It is incredible. And never the courrier company call me.

I ordered at beginning of month and its now the end, but no parcel. Everytime I enquire I am told its held up in customs in France. I ordered from UK website, didn't even know it was shipped from abroad.
Last enquiry I was told it was released last Monday still no parcel.
I order from Chinese sites, with strict customs and it arrives quicker!
When I ask for a refund, I get ignored. Not sure if this site is a scam or not

I ordered some art materials, as I think the price was much cheaper than in the UK, as long as I spent over £100 to ensure free postage.
All the items arrived in the time stated and were very well packaged. I did ring once to check the tracking and the staff were very helpful.
I will be ordering again in future and would recommend to others.

Still waiting for my delivery after nearly 3 weeks. I have asked for this to be cancelled and refunded and been told I have to fill out a form, then wait for it to be returned to Spain (even though it hasn't even entered the UK according to tracking). The delivery time was not clear on the website. Refund is being refused until they received the goods back which could take weeks. This order was over £100. Appalling customer service and very disappointed I won't use them again.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for an order to arrive. I have tried contacting customer services to find out where it is but I’ve had no response to my email and when I phoned I repeatedly got a message saying they were very busy and to try again later. This is the first time I have ordered from this company and I don’t think I shall be using them again.

I was searching for a particular product that I seemed to be finding it hard to find when this company popped up, it had what I wanted at reasonable prices, I wasn't over taken by the overall style of the site but it had the products, placed my order and waited for it to arrive, and waited, and waited, and waited, I was starting to get a bit concerned, what was this site? I couldn't find out much info about them, I checked my order it all looked fine but after nearly 2 weeks it still hadn't been dispatched, their delivery stated it would be with me in up to 15 days, so I waited a bit more but I was checking every day, then I spotted what I presumed was the reason for such a long delivery as they are in Spain, I know their delivery system isn't the best as a cousin lives there and she said it's horrendous, finally after 3 weeks it arrived, I was happy with the products and the cost, even a little lollypop which I did find a bit strange, but I won't be using them again.

I have no major complaints about the service, the material I order... Everything is of great quality.
My only issue, and I know it can't be helped, is the delivery time... but that's only because I am impatient and eager to receive my orders. Apart from that, you have a very satisfied and loyal customer.

Good range, considerate packaging and delivery, I would suggest that perhaps you give a little more time to customers in which to keep the points earned, as I think most people aren't going to order big loads every few weeks. Also the log in has been problematic on a few occasions, refusing log in with 100% correct details, then blocking the account for a while. Running out of patience has led me to order elsewhere a couple of times, I will admit. But, when that does go right, the rest is fine, and yes I do come back because otherwise it is very good.

I ordered my items on 7th June 2023.
It is now 12th July 2023 and I have still not received them.
There are no updates on the tracking system other than the fact that my items are in London, UK. Which has been the same for over a week now. I do not understand why I am not receiving my items.
I have emailed the company who have said that my order is on its way to me.
It is very frustrating when the money has already been exchanged.

It would be a good idea to keep a record of what you order as no invoice or tracking are given. Will use again.

Overall very happy just tracking service v poor as wasn't updated and even after products arrived, still no update on tracking.

Good value products, delivery is longer than I'd like but you can't have everything. Products well packaged.

The problem with this company is they have a uk web name but they are a Spanish based setup in Leon. Perhaps before we took back control the system worked smoothly BUT everything we buy now is shipped by container and then sent out from a central store in the uk. My goods arrived one month after I ordered them despite the website claiming 3-5days.
The goods themselves are fine. The price is competitive, a bit cheaper than other outlet but we are not buying the same product because of the built in delay.
The website and invitation to buy is very upbeat. You get a jigsaw advertising the company website and a lollipop when the parcel eventually arrives.
When I complained about the delay and misinformation they explained their shipping arrangements.
