Purchased logo package 12/24/20 for a gift. Person I bought it for due to illnesses did not contact Crafted Logo until sometime in October. The activation email did not work. I have sent 2 emails inquiries trying to get resolve and crickets, no response. Can't even find a phone number. Their website designs come with says with 100% SATISFACTION. No so much.
