Good quality and communication…
Good quality and communication regarding production of a small resin car with a face that I designed (like a Thomas the Tank Engine.) Was more expensive than I hoped, especially after taxes and delivery. Thanks!

The parts I received looked very good
The parts I received looked very good, price was good as well, the delivery when ok as well. It may have went better if we had DHL account, the tariff issues was a little sticky. I called in to ask a DHL rep to send me a link to pay by CC, after that all was good.

Long Wait times, poor print, disappointment
They did not meet any of the expected timelines as advertised, parts were printed improperly and immediately had issues due to the way they printed the part. For the timeline, price and ultimately the final price I was pretty disappointed.
