I was sceptical but willing to try out…
I was sceptical but willing to try out this company. The delivery was slow but in Covid times it was to be expected. I have ordered 3 kits, they arrived last week. I have just finished one, it turned out perfect. It took a few mins to sort out the paint numbers, but all was fine. The only slight issue was the canvas and paint came, it would have helped if the kit included brushes.

I bought 3 paintings and I LOVED it
I bought 3 paintings and I LOVED it! I spent 20 hours painting Four Seasons from Craft-Ease and it was so relaxing. It took some time to arrive because of the custom clearance but the processing time from the company was fast. I made a review video about it and got many positive feedbacks too! I guess I'm addicted to it and I'd love to do it again even after quarantine. I love to see it on my wall and love doing it too. Thanks Craft-Ease!

It took six weeks to arrive but this was expected due to the current climate. Set is as expected, canvas/brushes/paints all correct. A little fiddly to match up paints with a 4number code to the 2number canvas and numbered stickers for the pots could be useful.

Thank you for your review and for ordering our Craft-Ease paint by numbers. I appreciate your candid feedback. The long deliveries are definitely a struggle at the moment and I thank you for forgiving us for that.
Regarding the numbers on the canvas, we are looking at increasing the size to be more viewable (though it depends on the area of paint - small areas are just hard to show numbers into). Some people use a magnifier glass for that. And others just free-style some areas as they feel fit.
In any case, we provide a free pdf version of your canvas if you'd like to check some numbers. It's not ideal but it helps. Feel free to ask to our support team at support@craft-ease.com or through Facebook messenger. We will help.
For the numbers on the pot, we're will look into adding stickers to help.

Ordered weeks ago! My order still hasn’t arrived. I have emailed twice and no response! I understand there’s delays at the moment but then to ignore customers?! That’s awful. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website and marketing.
Update: months after my order I get emails saying CE doesn’t believe my review is real???? Is this a joke?! Provided my proof to TP after receiving constant emails about this.

Terrible product
Terrible product. Canvas came rolled up in terrible packaging. Nothing as described. Faded numbers. Would not give me my money back. Stay away!!!

We're sorry about the confusion. We provide 3 different options for the painting kit: Full Kit, Full Kit + Frame, and Full Kit + Frame (PRO). The Full Kit only includes the canvas without frame.
If you ordered a Full Kit + Frame but received a Full Kit only, please contact us at our support email (support@craft-ease.com) so we can check for you and fix it if there was a mistake. The support team answers within 24-48 hours maximum.
