This company are spot on for customer service! I had an issue with Royal Mail and this company dealt with it immediately, I was really impressed! It’s very rare to have that level of service so I give them 5stars! I bought the FFP2 masks for travelling, they fit really well, very comfortable although would be nice to have a smaller version for a woman as it does feel like it covers my entire face. Otherwise it’s perfect, will recommend to friends and family

Great items - quick delivery

These masks are very well made. I have bought others of the KN95 type and the metal strip that allows you to pinch across the bridge of the nose has come off after a short time. Both my husband and I used only these masks at the start of the pandemic and they gave us excellent protection and continued to remain in new condition throughout the time that they were being used. The only reason we deviated from these was because we were given another brand.

Quick delivery. Mask is good quality. Only wish I’d have ordered more than one.

I paid for the fastest delivery option but it took ages to ship and only just arrived in time, creating stress. Also I made two different purchases and paid shipping twice (because it wasnt clear at checkout from the shipping option titles that one was much faster) and both arrived in the same box but I've not been offered a shipping refund. That being said the product itself was perfect.

Good size for me

Fits beautifully - really does ‘cradle’ my face, and feels very comfortable. I’ve not worn it for hours, as I’ll need to when I return to the classroom, and I don’t know if my glasses will steam up (!) but fingers crossed not

CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY REFUND!!!

I replied to your email at the time to say ,I could not log into my account, it kept saying my account does not exist. I tried many times.
for every 3-4 emails I got one reply. The last email telling me you cancelled the subscription, I had clearly asked you about returning the unopened package.

As for ViralOff masks, is this just one?
