...I loved Cracker Barrel food until tonight...

.... you missed the mark. I have rarely given any place a bad review but what did you do to your food? I ordered Chicken and Dumplings, mashed potatoes and corn. The only reason I'm giving you a 1 rating is because the biscuit was good. The bare tablespoon of dried-up mashed potatoes was tasteless and looked like it had been sitting all day, as was the corn (which tasted like you grabbed it right out of the can and threw it in my meal, and it was even a good brand, very bland, with no flavor at all), The dumplings were mush and I do mean mush, along with a very, very small piece of chicken. This was nothing like what I used to get at Cracker Barrell. I don't know what happened today but this wasn't good tonight.

On February 14 2025 we ate at the Landveiw Dr. in Greensboro. We ordered and waited for about 25 minutes for our food. I opened my silverware and it was dirty. Not just spotted. It hadn’t been washed. So we showed our waiter and she brought us more silverware. As she stood at the table we opened the silverware and it to was dirty. It hadn’t been washed. So we asked for plastic ware. The manager came and apologized and said that someone pulled the wrong tray to wrap as clean and she was glad that we called her attention to it. Then they brought our food and it was almost cold. By then we were afraid to eat because we wondered if the plates were washed. We left. There was no discount or anything. We wondered how many people ate with dirty silverware that day before we called attention to it. We took photos to show the manager. It was a very bad experience.

Order meatloaf

Order meatloaf. What a cheap cut of hamburger. Every bite had a grizzlies or a bone chip in it. I couldn't eat another bite. Gross me out. Think could use a better hamburger. Never eat hamburger there again.

We ordered the signature fried chicken…

We ordered the signature fried chicken for carry out on my birthday.The chicken was old in both meals.The sides were barely warm.The only good part of the meals was the corn muffins.The food should have been thrown away! Not given to me for $30.00 !!!!!!!!!l won't be back!!!!!!!!We pay for fresh food not food that has been sitting there all day!!!!!!!!

I love love loved Cracker Barrel until

I love love loved Cracker Barrel until, they changed the meals. Now, they have canned green beans (and their grab beans used to be awesome), canned gravy and the food just isn't the same. I am so disappointed and most likely won't be coming here as much as I used to, if at all. This is why restaurants shut down. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I can honestly say that the only thing consistent about Cracker Barrel is the inconsistency and the lack of knowledge from the staff. I give up. I like the food but always feel drained from the issues I have just doing business with the restaurant

This locations To-Go is by far the…

This locations To-Go is by far the worst I’ve ever ordered from. Placed an order via their app, and the app completely changed the pick-up time for a hour later than what I tried to schedule for originally and ended up giving me two completely different pick-up times. Called to try to change or cancel so I could re-order and get the correct time, but was told there’s nothing they could do, that I need to go on the app, but there’s no location for you to edit or cancel an order via their app. So, with no luck there, I just showed up at the earliest pick up time they gave me, and still had to wait 40+ minutes due to none of the to go workers checking on my order.. a SERVER came to check on me since she saw me standing there for 40 minutes. Also, when I arrived, they had not even put my order in and told me they were doing so… guess not? Long story short, my food was cold by the time I got it. Don’t waste your time.

Visited the Cracker Barrel in Columbia Tn on Bear Creek Pike

Visited the Cracker Barrel in Columbia Tn on Bear Creek Pike and was very disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken with white gravy on top with mashed potato's, fried apples and okra. The Chicken is no longer patted flat like Chicken Fried Chicken supposed to be. Instead it was just two pieces of regular fried Chicken and a bowl of gravy on the side. The potato's were cold as ice. Very disappointing experience.

Sanford Cracker Barrel DISSAPPOINTED!

My friend and I went to Cracker Barrel in Sanford, FL. We were sat and waited for 15 mins and not once acknowledged. Servers passed us several times, but no one stopped. We waited a few minutes more and then went and had the best experience at Bahamas Breeze.

Terrible Service

We sat down at 11:32 - placed order with Jessica (Kennesaw). By 11:50 my husbands coffee was empty - still no waitress. At 12:08 I asked a guy waiter if he could give him coffee which he graciously did. Our good came out at 12:20 after we asked three times. Needless to say Jessica was a terrible waitress and made our lunch experience not so good. I even asked for a to go box which she never brought. I went to kitchen and got one from another person

Last Cracker Barrel meal

We arrived at the Blankenbaker store in Louisville Kentucky. We sat without seeing a waiter for 15 minutes?
When talked to the manager he became belligerent and basically told us to leave by grabbing at our menus!
Will never come back again!!

Ordered the lunch turkey and dressing

Ordered the lunch turkey and dressing. The way the menu is written sounds like you get what is listed plus a side. Ask to change sweet potatoes to regular no problem then order a side. When the meal came no dressing so I ask about it The waiter said he switched it out for the side. The said he would get us the dressing because it was confusing. Then up changed us to the full meal price without ask he made it sound like no extra charge. If you are in casa grande Az go to exit 200 black bear diner

The waitress was nice but the food was…

The waitress was nice but the food was not. The steak was tough. The baked potatoes we paid extra for, were cold!!! Slow service because not enough kitchen help. Our anniversary dinner and were disappointed. Morganton NC location. Won't go back. $80.00 for 4 people.

Your discrimination

If you cannot serve all people then you do not deserve to be in business. I will never eat at a cracker barrel again, nor will I purchase any items cracker barrel sells in stores.

I went for the early dinner special for…

I went for the early dinner special for $8.99 but I was too early, so the waitress suggested the lunch special. The lunch was NO special. I got a smaller portion and paid MORE than if I had waited for the dinner special. When asked about the difference, the manager told me that was the way it was. No worries about satisfied customers there and I won’t be going back!
