So now that Cracker Barrel has decided to cut their own throat with the now recent updated logo, stripping of Americana Wall Art, and what has become substandard food, I safely state, BYE. Don't prete... See more

I placed a breakfast order with Cracker…
I placed a breakfast order with Cracker Barrel at 7:30 AM, with a scheduled pickup time of 7:57 AM. I arrived at 8:00 AM expecting a simple grab-and-go. Instead, I stood there repeatedly asking about my order while employees called back to the kitchen multiple times with no progress. By 8:20 AM twenty minutes past the pickup time I requested to speak with a manager.
The manager finally appeared, noticeably indifferent, and offered no real apology. He said he had “just gotten in,” as though that excused the delay. At 8:27 AM, he finally returned with my order and a half-hearted apology, claiming he was only now able to get the food made.
Not only was the food late, but it was also cold and missing basic items: no syrup, no butter, no utensils. After waiting nearly half an hour past my pickup time and receiving an incomplete, cold order, I left thoroughly disappointed.
The pancake was tough
The pancake was tough, cold and tasteless. It took so long for the food to prepare even though they did not have a lot customers. The waitress also messed up with my husband’s order. We will never go back again. Foods are not the same as it used to be.

I have severe allergies so I asked my waitress if I can have potatoes without the cheese? Sure it will cost you more. Ok can I trade the regular sausage for turkey sausage? Sure it will cost you more! They have nothing else on the menu I can eat besides just eggs. I am allergic to red meat and dairy. Obviously they do not care for their customers with medical difficulties. Well they better look at things differently, Alph Gal Syndrome is spreading fast especially in areas where their businesses are located!
Cracker Barrel was “the place to go”…
Cracker Barrel was “the place to go” back in the day. The local stores are pitiful now. Those off of interstates are far better. The food has gone down. Service is awful and let’s not talk about wait times for food. I was at the Bradley, IL location and waited 45 minutes and still no food, nor did the server give updates. I put my jacket on and left. Before leaving, I requested to see the manager. When I told him about my displeasure he all but had a smirk on his face and said “thanks for letting me know how you feel”. No, I’m really sorry. He was a really large guy with no customer skills. When my Mom and other elder family members were alive we went to Cracker Barrel often. Everything was always fine each and every time. Here’s another business that has fallen from grace.

Eggs had cheese in them even though I requested for no cheese because of lactose intolerance. They forgot my hash browns, my friends pancakes were ice cold and hard. And the wait was unbearable. Never going to cracker barrel again.
Nasty..
Nasty... waited over 90 minutes for a pile crap that looked like a burning tire put out with gravy.... I wish I could put a pic on here
Cracker Barrel has completely lost its…
Cracker Barrel has completely lost its country charm.
The new look has stripped away everything that once made it special — it now resembles a cheap, ordinary fast-food joint. Even the beloved old man leaning on the barrel is gone, and with him, the warm, rustic, down-home feel that used to welcome us. The sign is plain and lifeless, erasing all traces of that comforting country aroma.
The food no longer tastes fresh, yet the prices have skyrocketed. The whole atmosphere has changed so drastically that it’s turned me — and my entire family — away. For years, our family of over twenty would make Cracker Barrel a regular stop on every road trip, several times a year. We also gave Cracker Barrel gift cards for birthdays, holidays, and Christmas to all our grandchildren. I personally enjoyed spoiling myself with gifts and home items from your store.
Sadly, I can no longer support Cracker Barrel until it brings back the old-fashioned country charm and genuine hospitality it once stood for. Please don’t blame tariffs or trends — this is a loss of identity, not economics.

I got the old timer and my husband got whatever.
My husband gets his meal and all I get are my apples and two sausage patties. He said my eggs were on the way.
He finally brought the biscuits that I ordered with gravy, but got no gravy.
My husband finished his meal and I was yet to get my eggs. Then they wanted to charge us for the meal because I had gotten half of it.
My husband said “I don’t think so. That’s not what we ordered.” They finally took it off the bill.
My husband asked for the manager and the management never came to see us. Was told manger somewhere in the back.
Will not be returning.
Not Impressed
Cracker Barrel in Florence, KY
Ordered the Louisiana shrimp - slop, 8 or 9 mimi shrimp over rice is some kind of weak liquid.
seriously I know slop, I was on a ship in the Navy for 6 years.
Not for the handicapped
It doesn’t matter what day of the year you go to this company, it is not friendly to any handicap person of any size shape or color. They’re simply are no accommodations for wheelchairs or ambulatory assistance devices. The only waiting area is in a retail store crowded to the brim with overpriced items. Sure they offer outside seating, but that is little help in 30° weather.
Service, food and retail
Came in for breakfast great service from Michelle, she suggested a new item for my mom who doesnt hasnt been there in awhile the butter pecan french toast she loved it.. I had the bacon hashbrown casserole it was so good! We also enjoyed the retail store we couldnt find a Christmas tree decor we saw before Nancy went and found it for us. It was great exsperience.
Just letting people down because it use to be great going there
I live in Greenville Tx and my family an all
my friends frequent Cracker Barrel a lot every week! The last few visits have been horrible! The food is really bad now! All the waiters are great but they even know how bad the food is they are serving! I have to send food back to the kitchen several times for instance my okra was not even hardly cook a tough! It’s gotten where that all the time it’s worst! My daughter’s plate had dried food on it! I hate writing reviews but they charge a lot for a plate of food and they can do better!
We went to the Bentonville
We went to the Bentonville, AR restaurant and I just love their new breakfast bowls. I chose the one with sausage, green chiles, gravy, hash brown casserole, etc. MMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm good. We also got a stack of pancakes (on pancake day). So delicious. No one else's pancakes compare.
Unpleasant restaurant Crockett Barrel …
Its ok to business like this one is closing down. I never had a good experience when visiting. They are racist. I visited texas and decided to stop for breafast. Nobody greeted us. Finally when approach a team member told me to take a table of my chice. We seated there for 25 mins, nobody came to take our order. Orher tables next to us were taken by white people. They got greeted right away and had their order taken. That's when i understood that Hispanics are not welcome. If Crockett Barrel disappears, for me is like never existed. I have been at many other restaurants where even if they don't like us, they treated us with respect.

I love Cracker Barrel still delicious food and great service Lee up the great work 👍❤️
Unhealthy work place. A lot of yelling and not paying employees.
I worked for one in Tucson, AZ for only a couple months. Horrible place to work. Not only did they not pay me for my 40 hours of training and watching videos, it was incredibly hostile and unhealthy for your well being. I’d been told by others but thought maybe they just wanted harder workers. Next time I’ll listen to everyone’s opinion.
Cracker Barrel not all that good anymore
I’m based in Florida and travel the country in our Rv. We stop at Cracker Barrel every night after a long day of traveling at just about state from coast to coast. In the last month it is very difficult to see how terrible it’s been. Both dinners and breakfast are cold food, missing items, bad service, rude cashiers, managers not honoring deals on my app, rude management, no management, tables left full of dirty dishes nearly an hour after customers leave, beverage machines out of order because no one will come out to fix it(like because the vender isn’t getting paid), I can go on and on. The proof is easy to see, parking lots are nearly empty. It’s actually rare to have a great meal without issues and we let them know how great that store is.
They hire people who celebrate murder

Horrible and all because of their…
Horrible and all because of their stupid rewards. All we did was eat a meal and were in line to leave and waited an unreasonable time while the customer before us got the upsale and was signed up for rewards. This is ridiculous and rude. Keep this crap up and I will start eating at one of our local mom/pop restaurants. Checking out at Cracker Barrel is like going through a gauntlet. Rewards, survey, tips, do you want candy? i hate it.
A fantastic Restaurant and Shop
A fantastic Restaurant and Shop. I really enjoyed the food and most of all shopping in Cracker Barrel. The rocking chair made my day
