I contacted this company by phone, text and email

I contacted this company by phone, text and email, stating I felt there was a problem with my roof installation. After countless attempts, I was finally contacted, months later, telling me to climb up to the roof and take pictures. I responded that I am elderly and I not only can no longer climb a ladder, but I felt they should send a person to inspect the roof. I have been completely ignored, so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After waiting another 4 months, the Better Business Bureau has notified me that this company has also ignored them, so they can take no action. If you do business with this less-than-reputable company, be prepared to pay them and then be ignored if something goes wrong.
