The service technician that was at my house today to do the upgrades we had requested was fantastic! Besides completing the agreed upon work, he did a thorough assessment of our current system (which might be protocol but he did not rush through the process). We had someone from CPI do an installation a few years ago and they did not do what Eddie did.

I have been a customer with Cpi for well over 20 years, we don’t have anything special on our service plan, cameras, etc. Our smoke detector has went off two times in three months for no reason at all (thank goodness) and Customer Service wants to charge a $60 service fee to come out and replace their faulty equipment…. Customer Service has went downhill really bad over the last couple years. This time it took me well over 30 minutes to get someone to reply about this issue.

I had an issue with the billing and I connected with Brian who was extremely helpful and patient with me. He was able to rectify the issue and get me set up going forward for monthly withdrawals which the previous rep I connected with last month appeared to not set up properly. Very misleading!!!! I tried to get service from them. I signed up to get service through the internet and then Better yet the Southeast area which I was in. I clicked Georgia and I select my city. I got they do service my area and I got excited. Come to find out I am out of the service area which meant they cannot service the area. Talk about misleading the customers. They had me waiting on hold for a long time and told they cannot service my area.

Customer service is good on simple things and making sales ,extraordinary ! Call backs are almost nil even when you have a virtual appt set up because of many many issues! I have waited 5 hrs so far for a co planned ( with Robin and Joshua) 11:30 am agreed upon call back today to solve the many camera issues. We have Eleven - two New ones last week with No sound and one needs adjusting in position that R said could be done at the office but…. Nothing has been done or solved and we Need working security cameras for our security …that,s why we have this pretty expensive investment .
