Was apprehensive about using text messaging to solve my problem. Always prefer talking to someone. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the representative answered right back, diagnosed my problem, explained how to resolve the issue, and even gave me provided in formation to the questions I was going to ask.

A few of my sensors were malfunctioning, so Bryan came out to take a look. He was very knowledgeable and was able to determine the problem and fix it quickly. He was also able to connect my front light and front door lock to the system again. Somehow they had gotten disconnected from the system years ago and I never got around to getting them fixed. So I was very pleased Bryan could help me with this! He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Now everything is working like it is supposed to and I'm very happy!

Tylasia was very helpful! We scheduled an install back in September and finally got a time scheduled for tomorrow. We received a call last night that payment was due. I called and the guy I spoke to said nothing due. We received a text today cancelling our apt due to missing paperwork. After multiple calls to CPI, Tylasia was able to help me secure the payment and get back on the schedule for tomorrow. Thank you!
