The promised eMail with a transport offer and a pre-filled in label, never arrived.
Transport cost for battery charge much too expensive, why not a licensholder in Germany who does the
charging would save approx. 10€ !!!
There was definitiv no email with a transport offer in any (incl. Spam) of my email folders !!!

my old cobblestone quitted service last summer. I use ist to locate my sport boat and I was very happy with it. So I ordered a new one for use from summer 2025 onward. It was shipped well protected.

Trustworthy company, high quality product
In time delivery before Christmas without any damages - setting up the tracker and connecting with the mobile app worked out. All good for now! We will see on the long term if it workes as expected.

Bad delivery
The delivery of product I bought from you is a disaster because I sent you my address in Spain but you only but as town Sitges!!
So GLS didn't know where to deliver the package!!
After a lot of phone calls perhaps tomorrow I will receive the package!!

I am sorry that you have had issues with the delivery of our trackers.
As you will see when you receive the package, your claim is not correct, your recipient address is clearly given with street and street number too, as you have given it to us. So it is not a mistake on our part.
I hope you will review your rating and maybe pass your rating to GLS instead? :-)

My Trackers broke down again
My Trackers broke down at the end of the warranty.
Copenhagen Trackers offered to send it back to the factory, once repaired, the Trackers will be returned to me. All shipping is at their expense. Four months later, the Trackers broke down again. This time, the warranty is several months out. Despite everything, Copenhagen Trackers simply sent me another one as a remplacement. Once again, everything is free.
Big congratulations for the after-sales service of this company.
