Yes they are perfect solution for dealing with thieves, the only complain i have is i parked my vehicle indoor and because of poor signal or no signal the tracker kept finding signal and when i came back from one month vacation the battery was finished. Otherwise consider this 5 star from me. One feedback for company is please make the device to not keep constant searching for signals when it is indoor or not moving.

Still unsure about the product.
The security bits they are marketing is just TS10.
There's no to very little adjustment in the bike version. Only place my bike could fit it was on the seat post.
The signal of the gps isn't very strong. I park the bike in a underground garage. And it have never managed to register when parked, but phones can easily get signal.
I would be much more inclined to pay for the premium if it included new batteries being automatically sent to your adress.

The GPS signal strength depends strongly on placement and network accessibility. In underground garages or areas without open sky, the tracker cannot send a position via GPS alone. However, with the Premium subscription, the tracker can also use Wi-Fi positioning, which helps it register a location even when GPS coverage is weak.
At the moment, Premium is the only subscription that includes additional features such as shared positions, extended history, Wi-Fi location, and the option to create your own tracking profile.
Regarding the security aspect, it’s important to note that — as with any physical device — a determined thief could remove it. The tracker’s main purpose is to locate and monitor movement.
We truly appreciate your feedback and will take your comments into account for future product improvements.
GPS signal: Determines where you are using satellites. Needs a clear view of the sky.
Cell signal (mobile network): Sends your location to the app. Works indoors but doesn’t determine your exact position. BG

They went to my place... and they could have put it into my mailbox... I'm sure it's a very small package.
In the meantime I'm not able to use my cargobike... as my gps needs battery.
I get amazon orders from one day to another... how is this possible?!

The delivery itself is fully handled by FedEx, and unfortunately, we have no influence over their delivery process or timing. Your battery order was shipped from us on time, but the delay occurred during FedEx’s transport.
I completely understand that you were disappointed — anyone would be — but since the delay was caused by FedEx and not by CPH Trackers, I kindly wanted to ask if you would consider updating or removing your review on Trustpilot.Hopefully, your package will arrive very soon. BG
