Can’t say enough about Ben. His knowledge and coaching is second to none. A no bulls**t approach, just amazing and thorough content.

Where to even start. I have completed the coaching mentorship (performance nutrition, effective training protocols, business and mobility/stretching) and have business consultancy support from Ben too, as well as him being my prep coach. I'm a better coach, a better competitor and he's helped me align my business with my values, my capabilities as a coach and what my brand truly represents. I wish I could go back in time and do my level 2 and 3 with CP Education because I'd have learnt a hell of a lot more than I did qualifying through NASM and I'd have gotten a lot further sooner too. Anybody wanting to take this career seriously, you must go to CP Education to learn HOW to be a quality PT/coach.
