I have been using WCEA Education as a platform for continuing professional development, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. In the past, I recorded certificates taken from other providers, but they had never been transmitted to the Ghana Medical Council. This led me to abandon the platform for some time. Recently, I returned to attend a webinar and actively participated, expecting to receive my certificate as promised. However, even after a month and several follow-ups via email, my certification has not appeared on my tracker. The customer support team has only offered reassurances without resolving the issue. This lack of reliability and accountability is unacceptable, especially in a platform designed for the professional development of healthcare workers. I am thoroughly fed up and would not recommend this service to others."
