CP Creative provided the floorplan on Clapham Property listed with Portico…

CP Creative provided the floorplan on the sale listing that I was recently considering purchasing. The floorplan was overstated by at least 10%, once the EPC was received (also verified against the expired EPC for the property). My surveyor also took measurements that indicated it was actually overstated by even more than that. Either the sellers, the estate agents or CP creative were being deceitful in such a large disparity in actual floorplan (6 square metres is a lot in a 2 bedroom flat). Subsequently the purchase didn't go ahead and it cost me solicitor and surveyor fees

Amazing property services company

The company I work for are using CP Creative for a viarety of services including EPC, 2D and 3D floor plans, profesional pictures and many more.
I have particularly dealt with Kate, Jade and Charlotte and i cannot thank them enough for their profesionalism and expertise. They are always happy to help and they will go the extra mile.
