1 is too many stars

1 is too many stars. Shoes fit weird, tried to exchange, tried to confirm New York address but they gave me Israel warehouse, they never picked them up so they’ve been returned 4 months later at cost of shoes + $50. So sad. So mad. I looked up reviews before I purchased but I guess they were too new or don’t suck yet.

scam / shady business practice

They don't accept returns unless you're willing to pay freight and other charges to ship to Israel, even though package was sent from New York. They offered a 20% refund to keep the unwanted shoes, but won't give that refund unless you give them PayPal account. I don't have PayPal so they asked, "Do any of your relatives have a PayPal account?" They refuse to send a check and it takes days between emails to get a response and there's no phone number to reach anyone directly.

Do not order from…

Do not order from cozykicksofficial.com! We placed an order in December hopeful we would get our order before Christmas day. It wasn't even processed until after Christmas, and shipping was pushed back to after New Year. The shoes did not work out due to wrong sizing, and when we wrote to customer service on how to return them (multiple times) they did not write back. This company is not reliable or trustworthy - I had a bad feeling after I placed the order and it turns out my gut was right. Do not order from them - I had a much better experience with StockX.

Scam company

Scam company, shoes seem to be counterfeit knockoff and wrong color. They will not accept a return unless I ship them to Isreal and pay myself. They also are only offering a 20% refund. The customer service is most likely just bots and the company a shell game.

Wrong Size and Ridiculous Return Policy

Cozy Kicks took 3 weeks to send me mens shoes size 9.5 instead of womens. When the shoes arrived the box was badly beat up and mfg stickers removed so it was not obvious at first. I tried to return them and that's when they spring it on you that you have to ship any returns to Isreal, despite this being their mistake. No where on the website does it say anything about Isreal, to include 2 addresses they have on the site (on in NYC and one in Canada). They would not do anything for their mistake so I had to resort to disputing the charge with my Mastercard. Buyer beware!

Scam site – fake products and terrible service

I made the mistake of ordering from CozyKicks without checking reviews first. They sell knock-off products and do not disclose that they are replicas. I received the wrong item and spent weeks emailing them to get a return label for a refund or replacement. After repeatedly telling me they “needed to confirm with the warehouse,” they completely ghosted me. Avoid this site—unreliable, dishonest, and a complete waste of time and money.

Never Again

After several attempts to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size, they responded to my email and said I would need to send them to ISRAEL (I live in New York)!! Cost to ship = $50-$100, nearly the cost of the shoes themselves. The other option was to offer a 20% refund. Laughable. Of course, there was never a phone number offered and no way to reach them except to keep emailing. They just doubled-down on their ridiculous offer. There's a reason they don't disclose this exchange/return process on their website.

I am submitting a formal complaint…

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the website cozykicksofficial.com, which is engaged in fraudulent and deceptive commercial practices involving counterfeit merchandise, misuse of authentication branding, and undisclosed return requirements.

I purchased a pair of shoes from cozykicksofficial.com that were advertised as authentic. Upon receipt, it became immediately clear that the shoes were counterfeit. The item displays incorrect materials, improper stitching, inaccurate labeling, and overall construction inconsistent with genuine products.

More concerning, the seller attached a fake StockX authentication tag and certificate, which is a deliberate attempt to mislead consumers into believing the product has been verified by StockX. This constitutes fraudulent use of a brand’s intellectual property and intentional consumer deception.

When I contacted the seller, they refused to provide a prepaid return label and disclosed—only after the purchase—that the item must be shipped back to Israel at my expense. This information was never disclosed in the product description, during checkout, or in any visible return policy at the time of the transaction. This is an unfair and deceptive business practice designed to block refunds, as international return shipping is costly and unreasonable for consumers.

The combination of:

Sale of counterfeit goods,

Use of fake StockX authentication materials,

Concealment of mandatory international return-to-Israel shipping, and

Refusal to issue a proper refund,

demonstrates intentional fraud and a pattern of deceptive conduct. These actions violate U.S. consumer protection laws, e-commerce disclosure requirements, intellectual property protections, and fair trade regulations.

I request that your office investigate this business for:

Counterfeit merchandise sales

Misrepresentation and false advertising

Use of forged authentication tags

Deceptive and undisclosed return policies

Potential cross-border fraud

I am prepared to provide full supporting evidence, including:

Photos of the counterfeit shoes

Photos of the fake StockX tag and certificate

Screenshots of the seller’s listing

Screenshots of undisclosed return requirements

All messages exchanged with the seller

Proof of purchase and transaction details

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I respectfully request appropriate action to protect consumers from ongoing fraudulent activity by cozykicksofficial.com.

Did not issue refund for out of stock item.

The sneakers I ordered were never in stock. 2 weeks after not seeing my order progress, I contacted them by email to receive this information. They told me they issued my refund on November 14th and that it would take 7 to 14 business days to receive. One month later, I have still not received my refund, even though they maintain that it was issued. I have opened a dispute with my bank and hopefully it will be resolved that way. If not, they stole $135 from me.

Buyer Beware

Buyer beware, check out "trustpilot reviews" before you buy from cozy kicks. I was given the run around for 3 months, i finally contacted my credit card company to put a stock payment on my purchase.

Based in Israel

Initially would not let me return. Then finally after pressure agreed but are requiring me to pay international shipping to ISRAEL. No indication on the site this would be necessary for a return

Fakes shoes and bad customer support

Their shows are 100% not real and customer service is impossible to get an answer from. I disputed with my credit card company as they tried to counter it which I also fought back against. So they sent the replacement shoes they had promised to and these are clearly not real adidas. What they donnt tellvyou when you order is that if you want to return for a refund you have to send it to their factory in Israel. Avoid this company at all costs.

They are selling counterfeit Nike's

They are selling counterfeit Nike products, which constitutes fraud and a violation of consumer protection laws. I have compared them directly to an authentic pair of the same model, and the differences are obvious.

They list a fake New York City address, but require I pay to mail them to an international warehouse in Israel for a return, which further indicates misrepresentation. Will not refund my money.
