I would give zero stars if I can

Update: issue resolved swiftly

I would give zero stars if I can. I ordered a sheet set for my Airbnb home when the package arrived. It only had the flat sheet in it. I contacted Customer Service right away. They gave me the total runaround and would not allow me to send the item back for my full refund. I have spent hours wasted on this issue from their error working with some outsourced Asian Customer Service that is awful. returns are literally impossible!!! feels incredibly shady and I’m willing to write reviews and shout this from the rooftops. Talked with a supervisor named Ryan who did nothing.
Update: I did receive a reply back from the company, and I have been allowed to return the item that I did receive. I will wait to see if my refund is processed and if they’re able to handle that expeditiously will update once I know.

Sheets pill after a week

I bought the bamboo sheet set and the pattern that I liked was overstock. The sheets started pilling in multiple places after just a week of sleeping on it. I submitted a warranty claim for a replacement which was approved, but then they canceled my replacement because the item was overstock and not eligible for a warranty claim. An overstock item (that I still paid over $200 for) shouldn’t mean a lower quality item. They clearly don’t stand by their product, and I don’t recommend the product or the company. Very disappointing.

Sheets That Pill In The First Week!

Spent $70 (plus shipping) for the bamboo fitted sheet. On the 5th night, I noticed it felt rough and discovered significant pilling. In the first week of use! Quality is dismal and returning the sheet costs an $11.99 restocking fee. STAY AWAY from this fraud of a company.

CE clothes are crazy expensive, and shrink dramatically after washing (even if washing clothing in full compliance with their recommendations).

I wish I could give negative stars

I wish I could give negative stars. Please take your business elsewhere. If you need to send your order back to exchange for a different size just throw it in the trash. They take forever to respond and when they do they just recite company policies instead of offering any actual help. Bought my wife a lounge wear set for Christmas and sent them back for a different size. I finally requested a refund after waiting a month and a half with no progress. Even requesting a refund has been a pain I never heard from them so I had to dispute the charge with my card company. Now Cozy Earth is trying to only give me a partial refund. This company is a complete joke. Avoid at all costs.

Worse customer service for the price …

I ordered some pajamas for my husband in December for Christmas. The shipping takes forever. Then the best pajamas in the world became the worse. They are supposed to be temperature control yet the perspiration they caused was like no other. So I try to return early January
And exchange for something else. Never received my credit. I finally got in touch with someone on Feb 14th. Saying they couldn’t find what exchanged for etc etc etc. I have been sending email since early January and receive responses from different people. They do not answer the phone.
There are better brands and less expensive.
They charge for returns as well and since I was exchanging they did no charge. Unfortunately since I never received exchange they charged me for return even though I paid for the fee to be able to return the item.
Will never order from them again. Too expensive and not worth the hassle.
The products are not that good .

Nightmare!

The sheets are soft, yes. But here’s my experience…

I bought two comforters for Christmas and they ended up being way too hot. I planned to exchange them for the lighter version. When you print the FedEx return label, it clearly states ON THE LABEL that you have 28 days to drop it off. I shipped mine within two days — and that same day I received an email saying the return was declined.

Customer service told me the label was only valid for 2 days and that the label itself was incorrect. Eventually, they confirmed the package was received and said it would be inspected within 14 business days. My inspection “start date” was January 12th. As of today, 2/12/26 — 22 business days later — I still have no inspection email, no refund, nothing.

I switched from an exchange to a refund because I wasn’t about to go two months without a comforter. Yet somehow it’s still “within the 14 business day window” even though it’s clearly past that.

This has honestly been a nightmare. I ended up ordering a comforter from Amazon (Olive & Grate) for half the price, the exact same feel and consistency — and it arrived in ONE day.

Yes, Cozy Earth advertises a 100-day return policy, but what they don’t mention is it might take 100 days to actually process an exchange or refund.

I’ve sent the second comforter back for a refund as well. I’ll update again… in about 100 days.

Update: I FINALLY got an email that my refund has been processed after pointing out it's been 22 business days. I'll updated my review after my second return.

Shady business practices

Shady business practices - they sneak in things like package protection and gift box fees without you noticing. Their return policy is atrocious and the process in difficult to navigate. They refund different amounts based on whether you want a replacement item, a different item, or a full cc refund. Then they try to charge you the full amount for a replacement item even though it is on sale on their website. I have been waiting for the replacement item for over 5 weeks and tried to contact them multiple times. Finally got a hold of someone today and requested a refund but had I not called I don’t think I would have ever heard from them. I will have to watch my cc statement closely as I don’t trust they will actually refund the proper amount or at all. I still have to pay for the “package protection” and gift box. Something is off here.

After one week, terrible pilling. Now, because they sell a sub-par product, they charge me a "re-stocking" fee? News flash, you aren't going to be able to "re-stock" these trash sheets.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. The sheet set discolored after ONE use. For the price, this should never happen. I followed all washing instructions, yet the quality did not hold up at all. This does not feel like a luxury product—more like an overpriced one. I regret the purchase and would not recommend. And when i cintacted them they didnt even bother to fix saying its final thats it. Its kind of scam

VIP benefits don’t work, support admits it but won’t fix it

I joined Cozy Earth’s VIP program in mid-November 2025 after reading about the advertised benefits: a $15 monthly credit, free shipping, VIP customer service, and seasonal gifts.

Unfortunately, none of those benefits have worked reliably, or at all.

The monthly credit has never once applied at checkout. I consistently get errors like “Use code: UNDEFINED” or “Not Enough Credits,” even with no other promotions applied. This happens across multiple browsers and the Cozy Earth app.

Customer support has acknowledged the issue but offered no fix. Their official workaround was that VIP members may need to try applying the credit 4–5 times for it to work. I wish I were joking, but that’s a direct instruction from VIP support. It still didn’t work.

Free shipping also hasn’t worked consistently. I’ve been charged shipping multiple times despite VIP status and had to email repeatedly just to get small refunds. Seasonal gifts? Also unavailable due to “website issues” that have not been resolved.

This has been going on for over 2.5 months. I’ve sent dozens of emails with screenshots, been told the issue was “escalated,” and then asked to “try again”: over and over.

This isn’t user error. It’s a broken system paired with customer service that doesn’t resolve problems. Paying for a VIP membership where the core benefits are unusable feels misleading at best.

I’m leaving this review so other customers know what they’re signing up for. If Cozy Earth fixes this, I’ll happily update, but right now, the VIP program does not deliver what’s advertised.

BUYER BEWARE

Don't be fooled by massive discounts. That is how I got involved with them I typed in two discount codes from their massive marketing campaigns on my favorite podcasts and received significant savings. Felt like I was getting a “deal.” I was stupid. Please don’t make the same mistake.

It’s a scam.

Their products are massively overpriced. Made in an unknown country of origin. Customer service is well…..non-existent. The rep just repeats your situation. When order wasn’t processed not even close to the promised timeframe, the message was basically, “sorry, we got busy.” When the When Cozy Earth package wasn’t delivered, I was told that I would have to go to the post office and fetch it. When I asked about the refund after mailing the package 15 days ago, I was told that it would be another 15 days before they would consider processing a refund.

On my 1st call I learned that the Provo, UT number that I had dialed was actually a transfer number to the Philippines. I’m really not sure if I believe it’s the Philippines. No mention on website and no proof. There is also no assurance of where the product is made or sourced.

This company has been nothing but SHADY. Didn’t take them 30 mins for Cozy Earth to take my money. They didn’t process the order in promised timeframe, didn’t deliver the package as promised, didn’t handle the return until they absolutely had too and after 2 months, they don’t plan on giving my money back until nearly March.

IT’S A SCAM.

Their items are not that good quality and overpriced. I have lost respect of some of these podcasts hosts. They never had to deal with this horrible company. You can find these bamboo products at other places that actually have a real presence in the US.

The order was delayed @ 2 weeks before being processed/mailed. Cozy Earth used an Amazon Courier for delivery, which ironically I had ordered and received Amazon orders before Cozy Earth processing schedule. Delivery never happened and I was forced to go to Post Office that was 10 miles away to pick up Cozy Earth box. In hindsight, I never should have picked it up.

I’m convinced they want as much customer friction as possible in hopes that you will just go away.
On 1/21/26, I made return and delivered to the USPS (again at my own cost). I received notification from Cozy Earth indicating that package was in transit (they knew). Cozy Earth chose not to take possession of the item until 2/3/26. They said they took possession contrary to USPS on 2/4/26 and that is when THEIR refund clock kicks off. So now I have to wait another 14 days before the refund is given.

When I called on 2/5/26 Customer Service and explained situation (mailed on 1/21 and notified by them), the customer service refused to give his name nor location. All throughout the phone call, ther was intermittent “call dropping” with the rep’s voice being broken up. I really think this was another Cozy Earth tactic. I have not had any issues with any of my phone calls today.

Now and because I complained and expressed dissatisfaction, I am now waiting on the Warehouse to "inspect" my items (added step). This is perfectly fine (I took a ton of pics b/c of how terrible the experience had been up to the time of return). I expect them to give me a hard time. It's what they have done up until now.

Please keep in mind that I ordered from Cozy Earth on Black Friday. It's February now and I can't get away from them. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THEIR SALES GIMMICKS.

DID I SAY THAT THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY. It's like a shell company for some unidentified Asian country. This also makes me wonder why the customer service rep today refused to identify their company location. It's kind of hard to deal with a company in Asia that has different laws.

Cozy Earth is definitely clutching on to the money. I feel like I’m dealing with criminal company. I plan on reporting them to the BBB once I learn more about how Cozy Earth is choosing to handle this transaction.

Cozy Earth makes returns impossible

Cozy Earth makes returns impossible. If you have to return something, it is nearly impossible as they always have a reason why it isn't aligned with their process. Even when they are the ones who have shipped the wrong size or didn't send expedited when you paid for it. They don't want to correct their mistakes as they want to make it difficult to do returns in the hopes that you give up and don't care about the $100ish bucks you wasted. They are terrible overall. They also delete negative reviews from their website and apparently use services to keep their positive reviews overall high. They suck.

If you can get a hold of them

If you can get a hold of them, Customer Service just keeps repeating the same thing over and over. Very disappointed in how you can redeem rewards and use promo codes. Their membership benefits are very misleading and you cannot use them the way they lead you to believe. I tried to cancel my membership but was told that was not possible. I like their products, but not at the expense of trying to navigate their inconsistent website and online ordering – and the misrepresentation of their membership benefits.

The absolute worst customer service…

The absolute worst customer service experience. An hour on hold to be told expect an e-mail for a problem I had. Over 30 days to refund my return. They automatically charge you a fee if you don't uncheck this at check out. Not worth it.

Trouble getting refund on pajamas that didn’t fit

Ordered pair of pajamas 11/30/25. Received about a week later. They were too big. Reached out to company on 12/9 for instructions on making a return. I did not hear anything from the company until the end of December, two days before the end of the 30 day return policy. That communication was an email saying they couldn’t find my order and to please verify my email address and the order number. I had included that information in my original message. I was told I could return them and let them know shipping date which was 1/2/26. Since that time, they confirmed receipt of the pajamas on 2/5, but they keep putting me off on getting the refund. Their excuse is saying their warehouse is still inspecting the merchandise that I returned in original packaging. They continue to keep asking for my email address and the order number because they can’t find the order. This seems to be their default way of putting you off. I’ve given this several times. I hope to receive my refund but I am less than impressed with their customer service and won’t buy from them again.

I tried to exchange pajamas I received for xmas and by the time 2 weeks had passed and they finally approved it, of course the item I tried to exchange for was out of stock. So frustrating. And their customer service will just have you running in circles.

No free returns?

Husband purchased Cozy Earth pajamas as gift for Christmas. I tried on the pajamas and wasn’t a fan of the material. I completed the online return form and followed specific directions to return pajamas in original packaging. Took package to FedEx drop off center. Received confirmation of drop off from FedEx and Cozy Earth. Two weeks later, I investigated status of return. Surprisingly, long story short, I tracked down tracking number and package delivery. Spoke with customer service agent via “chat” and refund was granted. However, they lessened my refund by $12.55! Unsure of the purpose of the fee. At this price point and considering the depth of work I completed to track down package and contact them, I would think free returns would be customary.
