Placed my order back on Nov 28th 2022 and have never seen another email nor have i gotten my product
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE

SCAM!! Never received my dog beds after they said they were shipped. BBB also has several complaints on this Company.

It’s a scam website do not buy anything I bought a dog paw bed in December hasn't arrived they sent a email with no tracking number when I emailed them several times no reply for tracking number... it's a scam thankfully my bank refunded me

I ordered a dog bed on Dec 12/22, still have not received it And it’s Feb 23/23.I have tried to send emails, no response.
I am going to contact my credit card company to report fraud. Total scam. Beware!

I ordered 2 paw dog beds on 20.11.22
from this company at a cost of 65.90 usd
and i still have not received !!
Tried to send an email which did not send and I’m now beginning to feel like I’ve been SCAMMED !

I ordered a cat exercise wheel. Not only was it not delivered to me, the UPS tracking indicated it was delivered to both another name and address! I have made mulitple requests for a refund and have not received any response except a bounced email. This is another bogus site. Buyer beware.

Placed an order Jan 13, 2023 for 2 dog/human beds. Now the website doesn't even exist. No product received. No way to contact them. Disputing charges with my credit card company.

I ordered two dog beds on 12/03/2022. On 12/09/2022,I received an email stating that my order had been fulfilled and it would take 10-12 days to get delivered. On day 15, I emailed them letting them know I still had not received my order. They emailed me back saying this...

But that's not what their website said. It said my order had been fulfilled and it was shipped. On 1/11/2023 when I looked at the shipping status it said it was fulfilled, but no dog beds were ever delivered. I have tried to reach them since (we're now 60 days past my purchase) and to this day they have not said anything. I also requested to cancel the order and get a refund, but they have dismissed my request. Now when I try to get to their website it says that it doesn't exist. So moral of the story? DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. As far as I'm concerned they are a scam! And even though in the email I received said that they do take customer's happiness very seriously, their lack of communication and action says otherwise.

Absolute scam - DO NOT USE! i ordered 2 paw beds in December and I am yet to receive. My own fault for not doing due diligence - I will try to work with my bank to get my money back but not holding my breath.

We also ordered two beds and like everyone else got screwed out of our money no product I’m so tired of these scamming companies getting away with this does any one know how to get our money back at least or to contact someone to put these people in court for defrauding us out of our hard earned money …I’m on disability so ordered two and a mystery box because it seemed like a good deal. Ps. Our bank is going to at least look into it being fraudulent

I haven’t received my dog bed. Ordered Jan 13.2023. I’m seeing bad reviews. Is this a scam? I’m calling my credit card company for a refund

I ordered an xl cozy cove bed #1840 on November 16th 2022 for my poorly dog to make his remainder of his time as comfy as I could for him they took the £27.99 out of my bank. On the 17/12/22 after I chased this up they responded saying they were super sorry and it was on its way to my adress. Again after not receiving it for another couple of weeks I tried to contact them again with no response this time. My dog sadly passed away which then left me even more angry as I wanted this calming bed for him to enjoy so I tried contacting them on the actual site rather than through email this time expressing that I no longer wanted to even set eyes in this bed now my beloved boy has passed so for this bed I now want my money back as I was completely disgusted at the way they had dealt with the whole thing including ignoring my last heart felt email. Again I was completely ignored. Then to my shock I looked on the shop app to see the status and it is now showing up that they are claiming that they have delivered the bed. But when I click on to the link to try talk to someone it tells me that the main domain server can no longer be found. A complete scam and so disgusting that they are allowed to be doing this to people especially in a time when people are struggling. I am also shocked that I found these people through what I thought would be safe as it was advertised via Facebook. So that was also an eye opener for me to. So clearly Facebook are happy to Allow scam artists to do there dirty work on there apparently fantastic safe site to. I’m not sure if or how all us trusting people can or will ever get our money back but if anyone does find a way please put it on here but they must definitely be named and shamed for sure. And something needs to be done more to be able to stop these scumbags doing this to innocent people. They are peices of trampy trash all of them. But beware they are almost definitely now going to be trying to sell these products under another name so all be so careful. Scam artists on the internet are EVERYWHERE

Ordered 2 paw dog beds and like everyone else I didn't receive the order and they even send out emails saying to review a product you haven't received. So I'm guessing this company is a fraud because now the website is no longer available. I'm definitely going to dispute this with my bank!

If there was a rating less than 1 star, they would get it. Looks like they took everyone's money, then closed up shop. I ordered in January, only 1 bed, thank God. Never received it, just like everyone else is stating. Received the "shipment on the way" email, but no tracking. Email address to contact them is not valid. Website no longer exists.

Ordered a dog bed on 30 December. 2022. Had confirmation email and money was taken from my account. Had an email on the 10th January 2023 saying it was on the way. I have still not received it. Has anyone on here managed to find out anything or got their money refunded?

Ordered dog bed in December 2022 and was charged for it BUT I Have Never Received it! Order #13137. Have text, tried to chat with live operator (there are NONE) but my text want go through, can't talk with anyone by live chat, THIS IS A SCAM AND I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED! I'M CALLING BBB, CONTACTED MY CC COMPANY ETC! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and Facebook needs to be more aware of companies they let sell on their website. It's a scam!

Ordered a pet bed before Christmas & got an email to say they received my order & would email once it had been processed. They took the money out but that email never came. I have done an online chat that gave a generic message talking about delivery times. When I tried responding back to it I got nothing ever again. It has now been over a month & I have sent 2 emails from the link inside my initial email response from the order only to have them bounce back days later with an error message about my email not being able to be delivered to that address.

Mum ordered a dog bed back in December. Stated it had been shipped but no tracking provided 10th Jan still no parcel received and no email responses back

Human dog bed - didn’t turn up after 2 weeks. No reply from customer support … the shop is no longer online - one huge fraud scam!! 🤬
