Ordered a carrier from them and haven’t received it. They state it is due to a manufacturer problem. Luckily I bought it through PayPal so I’ve got my money back. They didn’t offer a refund just 10% off and to wait for the carrier. But after reading the reviews I don’t want it! Avoid this business.

This company is a SCAM!! I submitted my order two months ago ,i have not received it .

As like many many others, please believe when we say that this company is a SCAM!!
The majority of people haven’t received their orders, I unfortunately did but wish I didn’t, the baby carriers they are selling are absolutely awful!! They are of the worst quality, cheap material and certainly not suitable to be carrying a newborn in!
They’ve definitely used pictures from Momcozy and are using them as their own, but they are nothing like the momcozy carriers. Please, please avoid using this company!!

Scam company, take your money and say item is on back order and just keep pushing the date back and not refunding when asked

This company will not send your item and then completely ignore your emails. They have automated robotic responses and you can't get in touch with a real person.
They are scamming people out of money and getting away with it.

Complete scam website! Do not risk it. No order will come and they refuse to refund you and just keep assuring you the product will be shipped soon.

DISTGUSTING and APPAULING company scamming new/mums just trying to find an affordable and comfortable baby carrier. I demanded a refund and they are refusing. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from them. Disputing the transaction with my bank.

They stole my money. The order was supposed to arrive in 3 days and it never did. They offered me a refund of 5€ telling me it would arrive the following week, but it never arrived, and since then, they’ve been filling me with lies.
A month and a half has passed, and the package never arrived.
I have contacted my bank and my lawyer for assistance.

I would give a zero if I could. I only wish I had read the reviews first, it’s a scam! Had to go through my bank for a refund after not receiving my order over two months later and no contact.

They are using pictures from a company called momcozy and using them as their own. I will make it my mission to report every account of theirs and you all should too. By not reporting we are letting them get away with this and they will continue to thrive taking innocent people's money. Report them to instagram and Facebook.

Scam company, don’t get caught in it!! Uses pictures from other websites like momcozy and Mabe carriers. Take your money and don’t send you anything and send you emails with lies.
Luckily, I bought through people and was able to get a refund after sometime. I bought it start of February. I’m waited until the end of March To get a refund.

Wish I could rate 0 stars, same story different person, no shipping confirmation received, generic email responses, the same exact email response everytime I enquire. No refund. Will try going through my bank. Should have seen it coming, website seemed dodgy.

Terrible company. Worded a few weeks ago and still hadn’t shipped. I ended up looking at their reviews and saw a lot of people had the same issue. Contacted the company asking for a refund and they refused. Have had to contact the bank.

I bought a carrier on 6th Feb and heard nothing for 2-3 weeks. When I chased my order they said there was a manufacturing issue and the product would be ready in 20 days. I asked for a refund but they kept offering discount off the original cost and not accepting the refund. Finally after asking 3 times for a refund they emailed saying it's with the finance team and could take 10 days to process. It has now been 2 weeks, no refund and they have stopped replying to my emails.

Placed order 3 week later not shipped. Company will not refund money keep offering 10% discount to wait. 24 hour response time.. terrible service. Do not order

Scam website. Unfortunately didn't see the many one star reviews here beforehand but same story happened to me. I ordered in February and didn't get my product and have not received an response from them for a refund or such

Dont buy here .. you’ll be met with out of stock emails and partial refunds if you wait longer. This is a scam site and ive basically had to go through my bank to get my money back.

As others have said - it’s a scam! I ordered on the 17th Feb and received an email saying they were awaiting fulfilment. I changed my order with customer support based on what they had in stock and then still haven’t received it. I requested a refund and it was ignored!!

Same experience - no baby carrier and no further updates. Contacted bank to dispute and explained situation and got money back without much agro, I’ve also sent an email to ‘cozycarriers’ explaining I would be reporting - you can do this online, if enough people report this fraudulent website it should be taken down

Well just like a bunch of others here, I wish I had read reviews. Ordered several weeks ago. I did receive email responses but they always say the same thing, that they’re contacting the fulfillment department and to be patient in waiting for them to receive more information. Super frustrating realizing from this site that they are likely just a scam company stealing images from other companies. I opened a claim with my bank, fingers crossed I get the money back.
