Scam. No intention of shipping anything. Please avoid!!

It’s totally scam i ordered from this cozy carrier I haven’t got my order please be aware

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. TOTAL SCAM. This company has no intention of fulfilling orders, they do not reply to messages. They delete reviews on their socials that call them out on being a scam. Customer service is a ZERO. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering.

Similar to others. I bought months ago and emailed asking for updates. They either didn’t reply or replied that they’d give a discount for waiting or send a replacement. Asked multiple times for refund but never received it! Why are they still allowed to trade? Clearly scamming people

Never received order and had to go through bank to get a chargeback refund. So disappointed. Avoid!

Cozy Carriers is not just unreliable – this is a scam.

I ordered a baby carrier via Klarna. After a few days, I was told the item was out of stock and asked if I wanted to wait or choose something else. I declined and clearly requested a cancellation.

They acknowledged my cancellation and promised their finance department would handle it within 5–10 days. That was weeks ago. I never received any product, but Klarna is still waiting for them to confirm the cancellation – and Cozy Carriers has gone silent.

This company takes your money, doesn't deliver, and then ignores you. Stay far away.

Thankfully I paid through PayPal so I eventually got refunded the money I paid. When I escalated the claim through PayPal, their replies were in poor English and littered with mistakes. It is no doubt a scam.

Order not delivered, constantly responding saying it is coming or that they will ship an alternative.

I have asked for a refund multiple times.

How are they still allowed to trade?

SCAM! similar to others - made an order 6 Mar. 12 emails later no product, no refund. Responses are exact same every time “issue in their system, order misplaced, should ship soon, or still waiting for the courier to pick up my order” just stalling no action. Frustrating!!

SCAM.Still awaiting over 2 moths ,no tracking number or shipment date received yet.

SCAM! Product will probably never arrive. Ordered weeks ago and still waiting. DON’T waste your money.

SCAM wish i looked this up before ordering. got one email saying there was a delay due to stock. offered me 10 percent off next order. still nothing a month later and now they have stopped answering my email.

This is a big scam!!! Pls stay away from this shop it’s never real . I paid for 2 carriers is been over 2 months and all the follow ups I have made has not landed me anywhere. Very pathetic this has ruined my family! STAY AWAY IS A SCAM

It’s a scam. We ordered months and months ago. Keep saying the order is being processed. An absolute joke! Do not buy from this brand.

There website and baby carrier is a complete SCAM!! I paid $130 for a baby product on special plus delivery insurance, which they had set up.

On the 20th February and we are in 17th April 2025 and still no baby carrier.
They reply back to my email saying, they had run out on the product and will send out asap, as soon as they made some new ones.

I emailed them back saying, I want a full refund and they just didn't reply back, and haven't heard from them since.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM...

This company is a complete SCAM! I placed an order a month ago. No product sent. I followed up multiple times and got a generic response that they were shipping out soon and checking with fulfillment team. Finally I called my credit card company to get my money back and found out that the company took money out on March 24 for my purchased item and there was another amount set to come out on April 24. My CC company told me that my card was now compromised and I had to immediately shut it down. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY! DO NOT ORDER! It’s a complete scam and I wish I checked reviews before buying. Order on Feb 11 and kept receiving emails saying they were out of stock but would ship when manufacturer had some made. Still haven’t received a product or refund and no one is responding to emails.

SCAM- do not purchase. Placed an order feb 12 and recieved nothing after 2 months. I've sent repeated emails with the same generic response and no progress. Wish I checked the reviews before purchasing!

Have been waiting for a response, ordered one of these carriers 3 months ago- got a response saying it was delayed until March(its not mid April and getting no response)

It’s a scam never received item. Continuous excuses. Had to file a dispute.
