The experience of buying a used car from Kendal automart (Honda) was an easy process from initial viewing and test drive to collection. Sales consultant Elliot Cook was friendly and helpfull throughout, explaining everything. All staff i had contact with in branch were pleasant and welcoming. I wouldnt hesitate to use Kendal automart again.

I really like the car (Honda HR-V). I liked all the dealership staff.
I didn't like Honda's IT system and confusing communication. The car was placed in my basket, which gave the impression it would be mine. It then disappeared at that time I'd agreed to pay £300 for the service plan, only to be told that Honda had significantly increased the price to £1600. This was eventually sorted by the dealership and I did pay £300 as originally agreed. Buying this car was, at times, a stressful experience so I won't be buying A Honda next time. I'll go back to Audi with which I'd had a stress free experience since 2011.

I’d just leased a Tiggo 7 Summit PHEV and wanted to take up the Chery three‑year service plan. The challenge was finding a Chery dealership that actually knew the offer existed, every dealership I had previously called either denied all knowledge of it or refused to help because the car was leased.

A post in the Facebook Chery Tiggo Owners Group recommended Chery Blackpool, so I rang them on the off chance at 4.55pm. I was put through to Donna Collen who, without hesitation, knew exactly what I was referring to. She answered all of my questions with an impressive depth of knowledge, arranged the plan, and took payment, all within fifteen minutes.

As promised, I received an email the following day asking me to “double check the details to ensure I have entered everything correctly. If there is anything amiss, please let me know and I will alter it immediately.”

Donna had also kindly updated my personal registration plate on the system, something I had been struggling to get done through Chery for RAC Recovery purposes.

Donna’s customer service skills and product knowledge make her an outstanding member of your team. Make sure you hang on to her.

Csilla was a fantastic salesperson, she secured me a great deal on a new Tiggo 7 and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. She was friendly and helpful throughout - thanks again!

On the look out for a car, I'd read about Honda cars, but didn't know we had a dealership in Blackpool... what a nice surprise to discover the Honda dealership and a car at the right price, age and so forth... I was assisted by Joe, able to ask lots of questions, take the car for a decent test drive, and also obtain all the documents I could ask for on finalising the sale. I am really grateful and glad. What a relief.
It is horrible when one starts to realise one needs a replacement car... so much to sort out and where on earth to look? ... But I felt that Blackpool Honda and Joe were very helpful and reassuring with my purchase. I would recommend Blackpool Honda Cars if you are looking for a car.

My farther and mother went to this branch to replace there old honda after 19 years when the decided on a purchase the going forwards and backwards to get a deal was crazy Andy the salesman was at the time polite but instead of coming up with a deal he kept on changing the figures my parents paid a deposit but the next day they went out and decided they wasn't happy went into another branch drove a car then set there heart on it got a better deal on there part ex and treated as normal people. I told honda blackpool my parents were not happy and they bought another car from the same group Andy sales manager was not happy called us time wasters asked me to withdraw and earlier review about his dealership or he could look into not returning my dad's deposit but now my farther who has worked hard all his life has not got his new car and the way I got spoken to and threatened was absolutely shocking and my parents even though the blackpool branch is nearer will never ever step foot in blackpool honda again avoid at all costs.

I don’t live near the Kendal dealership but I was interested in a CRV that was advertised as “coming soon”. Csilla sent me a video of the car and made the process of part exchanging my car and purchasing the one advertised straightforward even though the majority of communication was by phone/email. Csilla was very pleasant to talk to and went out of her way to ensure I was dealt with promptly and professionally.

We were very pleased with the attention to detail and friendliness shown by Jo, when we bought our new HRV. In particular we were impressed by her efforts to find the right colour model for us. It all worked out very well. In fact, over a number of years, we have found the team at Kendal Honda to always be friendly and helpful.

However, we were less than impressed by the new ordering and paperwork system (The Hub?). It is tediously over-loaded with forms and the need for signatures. We have previously bought several Honda cars from this dealership without anywhere near as much effort. It would make us seriously consider any future purchases

The dealership provides a genuinely welcoming and low pressure car buying experience. There’s a great range of vehicles, and the team go out of their way to make you feel comfortable throughout.

A special mention to Ben and Suzanne, who were both excellent. Ben handled the sale and made everything completely stress free and straightforward. Suzanne took care of the handover and made collecting my new car feel that bit more special.

The staff are a big part of why I keep coming back.

From start to finish, the level of service is what I’d describe as the gold standard the epitome of the best deal in the best hands.

If every dealership operated like this, buying a car new or used wouldn’t have the stressful reputation it does.
