Bought a chery tiggo 7 from elliott at kendal, very happy with the deal and the service

I just bought my new Chery Tiggo 8 yesterday in the Kendal Branch. Elliott who was assisting us from the begining to the end was hands-down the highlight of the entire process.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
What stood out most:
He listened to what I wanted and what my budget really was.
He knew all models inside-out — could immediately tell me which cars had the exact packages/options I cared about.
Elliott took time to do a proper walk-around, test drive and explain all the features.
Made the whole finance & paperwork part surprisingly painless and fast. He was offering to answer any future questions about the new car.
In an industry where most people brace themselves for stress and games, this sales assistant made buying a car feel enjoyable.
10 out of 10 would buy from them again. Thank you for making a really positive experience!

Great company with great customer service. Went in to have a look, spoke to Ben who was great! I’m not great with cars but Ben walked through options asking me what I needed in a car. I’d had such bad experiences in the past but I will deffo go back to Ben for my next car!

“Jo” was brilliant, friendly, precise and very thorough. A completely no pressure, no rush sale.

Whilst waiting for car repair my husband chatted with a sales rep (Nick) about a new Jazz. He was so impressed that he arranged for us both to go back and have a test drive. Nick was so warm, welcoming, polite and knowledgeable that we had no hesitation in signing up for a new car.

Andras Moricz welcomed me with a smile and a hand shake as soon as I walked into the show room. The whole experience was relaxing and Andras could not do enough to help me through the process. He has even offered to help me at anytime if I have a query.

Purchased a vehicle from the VW Lancaster business with no end of frustrations:
1. Having a staff member answer the phone when I called was hard work
2. They did not reply to any of my emails
3. They did not charge the car with electric when i collected it
4. The vehicle log book was not ready
5. They had not removed a scratch from the car we had identified during the test drive
6. No staff in the showroom to support us for the review/test drive after travelling 3 hours
7. We arrived late for the car handover, train delays, however we were then rushed through the process so they could get ready for their next sale. No consideration to ask another staff member to continue with our handover.
8. They only do vehicle handovers midweek therefore I had to take a days holiday to collect the vehicle.

In summary, we went through with the vehicle purchase as we liked the car however customer service was hugely lacking from VW Lancaster and it has left a lasting impression of what poor service looks like. There are likely to be other car showrooms in the area who will value you and your custom more than this team….try them first.

Have been thinking about a new car for a while but unsure what I wanted, however after popping into Chery Blackpool I got talking to Mark who didn’t rush me or pressure me. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer my questions. He took the time to show me all the features of the car that I liked (and ultimately purchased) I couldn’t be more pleased with it. Good experience first time.

Came to Kendal to view a car we had seen and liked the look of. Andras was the perfect salesman, gave us lots of information about the car, took us out for a test drive, looked at different finance options etc and made us feel completely at ease. This was the first time getting a car on PCP/HP for us, Andras explained everything fully, was very knowledgeable and was able to advise us which finance option would work best for us. We decided to go for the car and was able to pick it up the following week. Andras sents us videos of the car getting prepared prior to being picked up which was a nice touch. Pick up on the morning was easy and smooth. The whole experience was great and we are really pleased with the car.

Andras was very helpful, and listened to my requirements. He came up with a couple of alternatives and I was very pleased with our final purchase of a low mileage Jazz. He demonstrated it well and allowed me quite a long test drive. The result is 100% satisfaction on our part.
