Terrible company. Places an order for my partner over a month ago. Not received anything. Numerous emails and chats I got a reply once saying they will send it immediately with tracking information. Still not received any of the lies.

1 the item doesnt look like that picture on thier site. What i received was a badly put together stuff animal with disappointment size and fabric miss aligned.
2. The colour was so faint on the fabric I went with green my girls fav colour it shows deep lime green on website came looking like a pale mint green barely visible and like it was spray pained on.
3. took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Website says it based in florida u.s. but was shipped from china. Site also says take 5 to 10 days to arrive.
4. Customer service is shocking no responses from them about anything.
