Terrible service. Very poor communication.
Went into my local Cowal to order a builders bag of pea gravel and land drain pipe. I was told that the pea gravel would be delivered 2 days later and staff would call me that day to let me know if they could order the land drain pipe. I did not receive a phone call so I called them and was told that they were still waiting on a response from the suppliers. 3days later my pea gravel hadn’t arrived so I went to the store to be told that the land drain pipe was unavailable but they could still order the pea gravel if I wanted. Absolutely atrocious service. Very annoyed because I could have ordered these items online but I was trying to support a local business who have been very good in the past. However, because of this experience I will not be coming back and will order from bigger suppliers online. Really disappointed.
