Whatever you do for travel Fit to Fly test DO NOT USE Randox!!
I repeat - do not use this company.
I almost wasn’t able to fly because of their test being faulty!
I bought from this company in good faith - two separate recommendations.
I ordered a Fit to Fly Lat Flow test to be taken within 24 hours of flight arrival.
I followed instructions to the letter.
The test was defunct! I know this for sure as I took a non travel Lat Flow test at the same time which came out negative.

This resulted in me having to book a last minute test at the airport with Express Test who were brilliant. But, I had to pay more and on top of what I’d already paid Randox.

I have sent several emails to the company requesting a refund for the defunct test and reimbursement of the extra testing I then had to do at the last minute because their test were faulty.

They are not responding to my requests.

UPDATE 9/5/22 - I've had no response from Randox so, please don't use this company for your Fit to Fly Tests. They have no integrity and will not respond to your messages if you've taken the test and it was a dud. I'm looking to take further action against them to make sure no-one else goes through this experience.

UPDATE 17/5/22 - Still no response from Randox. I am now reporting them to Trading Standards and will get them involved. I'm determined to make sure no-one else is duped by this company.

Do not use! Very unreliable and terrible customer service, i might miss my holiday because of them

Scam! AVOID at all costs! Months later and I still haven't received a refund I'm entitled to for my Covid-19 PCR home collection kit. I cancelled the kit on the same day due to restrictions changing, so I didn't even pick it up! Customer Service on the phone is not helpful and no response to E-Mails. They gave me a refund number but apparantly I was going to hear from somebody and there's nothing more they can do. Well I didn't hear from anyone. I am appalled! This is outrageous!

I have been a regular customer of Randox since the pandemic started. Unfortunately having booked a series of tests for various trips (3 x PCR) my travel plans changed. I completed the refund process defined in the contract I was sent and have received NO reply. I currently am owed around £100 and need one of my bookings changing. It's been almost 9 days and nobody has got back to me. I'm currently in Asia and can't call, but would have expected a response to my emails / forms

What !!! So much contamination in their Covid Day 2 test kit with Hair or Hair like strands. Can’t believe why such poor hygiene is maintained in health related things.

I booked the Randox day 2 Lateral flow.
Their app is difficult to install if you don't have an iPhone as it's not an approved app for android phones.
I registered my detail on the app before travelling but on the day of testing the app would not scan my results and kept crashing. I tried on two (android) phones and the same thing happened.
I tried contacting their help line which just led me in a loop of options until it ended the call. I messaged their helpline. I've received a receipt of my message but nothing else.
Why do we have to pay so much for a service which isn't being provided?

Very disappointed by this company which is benefitting from the requirement for people to pay for tests to travel. Ordered expensive PCR tests which took 3 days to arrive (why so long when other companies can do this in 24 hrs?). Before I bought the tests, I checked that there was a collection point available that I could easily get to - this was with a partner organisation and you had to make a booking in advance to drop off the test. I have just gone onto the website to make said booking and the partner organisation has disappeared! Now I will have to drive a long way to drop off the test. Would have used a different company if I had known. Having read the reviews on here, I am also terrified that we will receive an 'unclear' result and have to pay to get another test at very short notice - incredibly stressful...
