DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a new 13.5m set. Arrived and everything was there but left fabric in packaging. Went to set up for first time and there was a tear in the fabric. I took pictures instantly including the packaging.
They have kept promising to resolve for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!! They say they are going to call me back but don’t and finally today said we wouldn’t have sent it to you like that so no replacement. It is very thin fabric too and not at all the quality of that of years gone by.
My advice - go elsewhere for something of better quality and good customer service and save yourself the heartache!

Ordered 2 new gate covers from Coveva, arrived material is really thin and very poor quality compared with our original covers. Very disappointed and furthermore they do not fit the Coveva gate frames they were purchased for. Contacted Coveva, claimed I could only complain within 48 hours of delivery, only had item 3 weeks and wasn’t used or opened as assumed their covers would be the same quality and size!

Sent photos and a video, they are completely ignoring my rights as a consumer!

Really poor after sales, these windbreaks are expensive and in the past known for their robust quality, not now, it seems they still charge the earth for an inferior quality item, that doesn’t even fit.
